    Integrated Lawn & Tree Care
Great. I talked with Josh who was very professional. I was able to explain to him the different areas that needed weed control. He took care of everything. I really liked the invoice that he left soI could go over everything, and can keep for my records. Darla

    Tanya's Helping Hands LLC
Tanya was top-notch helpful and responsive in getting a rather urgent errand done for me. My uncle is in a long-term care facility and broke his glasses. As I am out-of-state, I called her and she was right on it. She picked the glasses up from his facility, took them to the optician for repair, and returned them back all within an hour and a half! What great customer service! She communicated with me the entire time and I couldn't be more grateful for her assistance getting this taken care of.

    Weekend Life Landscaping
Taylor was very professional in his dealings with me and my family. He took all of our concerns into considerations and we arrived at a great landscaping plan. I highly recommend Weekend Life Landscaping

    Tanya's Helping Hands LLC
Horrible work. She was asked to put in rocks, brick wall, and slates. The rock coverage was short, the slates are cracking and the cement used between the slates is chipping and coming up. Cement stains are on the older slates already down and the slates she put in. I never knew who would show up (if they did). They left cigarette butts all over the yard. This was the worst work I have ever seen. I would never hire them again or recommend them to my friends (or enemies)

    Personal Touch Landscape and Gardening
I called and asked for a after winter cleanup since we moved in to the house just prior to winter and never did anything to the yard. Personal Touch (PT) came out and told me about a Spring Cleanup deal, which was described, but the agent also mentioned numerous other things that apparently didn't fall under Spring cleanup, they were just other services for a different price. I agreed to do the Spring Cleanup and declined a regular service from them to gauge their performance and final cost to see if I would like to continue business with them. $1,300 dollars later (which I have waited to pay to discuss my dissatisfaction; I will be paying, but not doing anymore business with them) and what does not appear to be much work done - mulch turned and added more mulch, trimming, which I take their word they did, and weeding, which I still have many many weeds among my rocks. I know weeds will pop up, but there were weeds almost immediately afterwards and it just didn't look as if I paid someone to weed. I'll eat that one since they can't control the growth of weeds, I just wish they hadn't said to call them back if any weeds pop up. When I did, they said it had rained so they wouldn't honor that any longer. Bottom line for me is, I do not feel like $1,300 dollars was well spent. It also appears as if they charged me for more workers/hours. From what I saw when I returned home, one person could have done the job in a few hours. I was told two (or more?), did the job over 24 hours worth of work, or some explanation like that. I don't recall seeing them at the house for a 24 hour period, even if it was broken up. Bottom line - I will not be using PT again because of pricing compared to work done. I didn't even mention the several other services they offer for a similar price between 800 and 1300 dollars. They wanted me to sign a contract with them, but after what I experienced, I would not ever commit to them. In their defense, I believe they deal with a lot of very wealthy families/homes and retirees. I almost forgot, they claimed to seed my yard, or some kind of treatment due to the yard being very traumatized. The grass never recovered and no reschedule/reseed was attempted so I guess they try, but don't see it through. If their one treatment doesn't take hold, you're on your own. I bet they will help for more money, though. I feel ripped off.

    Jetski Landscape and Sprinklers LLC
I have started using Jetski Landscape last year. My yard needed a major re-do. Mowing, trimming, removing dead bushes and tree branches. The company did an excellent job. They were fast and very detail oriented. So, I decided to hire them for some landscaping as well and for snow removal. I can't be any happier with their work. My yard looks so much better. They now have my business year-round. I highly recommend this company for large as well as for small jobs. They are dependable, always on time, and work with you any way you need it.

Communication was great -- they said when they would come and came when they said they would. The new shrubs look good, and they added them to the existing irrigation system without issues even though I couldn't be there to turn on the system for them to check it. They did an excellent job on cleaning up the scrub oak leaves and fallen branches, and removing the lower branches in accordance to the CSFD's suggestions. They hauled away a ton of debris!

    The Lawn Man
The crew cut into the sprinkling system in several places with their rototiller. After a patch job, the sprinkler system worked for a few minutes after they left. Then one of the sprinklers stopped working. Obviously, there was something in the line, put there by their ham-handed boss who didn't properly repair HIS mistake. The system worked perfectly for years, but the SAME DAY they messed with it, it stopped working. They REFUSED to come back and fix it. All he would say is "It was working when we left." Yeah, for five minutes. Now we have to pay someone else to fix their mess. NEVER hire this guy.

    TruGreen Lawn Care - 5792
I used to use Scott's Lawn Service (and the lawn looked immaculate for over a decade [I have pictures from almost every year that you can see it looks like a baseball field]) and then they got bought out by TruGreen. On the second application from TruGreen their tech spray weed killer on my entire lawn by mistake and left me a note, not even apologizing, just saying he sprayed weed killer and I may see my grass turn brown for the summer. I wonder if he would have even left a note if my camera had not caught him (he looked right at it, then grabbed a ticket to write the note on). I tried calling them, but you can't call the local office as it is redirected to the call center in some other state and all they can do is "get a message to the local branch to have someone call you", but that doesnt happen. They said the local branch doesn't take calls directly due to the high number of complaints they get. I had to look up the address and go down there in person and talk to the General Manager, John Prather. At first, he seemed very willing to help and said exactly what was needed to lower my frustration, and promised my lawn would be restored to the way is used to look (never happened). Later on from August 2017 on, he never returned my phone calls or emails, refunded the wrong amount back and he had to fix it, and never followed up with me at all from August on. He had Tony and Ken Brady work with me, by my lawn has never looked the same, and they dont even follow-up any longer. They wanted to do an aeration in September to help it, and scheduled it, then never showed up, called me back tried to schedule it but said their schedule was full for the next week and theyd call me soon, and then never called. I had to make another trip down to the local office and call the call center nine times to finally get a call back and that person never called me back either. I finally got a hold of Ken Brady and he said they forgot about the aeration and since it was the end of October, they stopped doing them for the season, but would be out next spring. I called him six times the following spring (spring 2018) and after not showing up three times, they finally came out, but only aerated the front and said they couldnt do the back because of dogs and a locked gate. I dont have dogs or a locked gate. Also, my security camera footage shows the tech walking around to the back yard, talking on his cell phone and sitting in my lawn chair for almost half an hour, and then coming back to the front. When they did the front, they broke two sprinklers that I had to fix and they never came back to do the back yard, even after multiple called to the call center, Ken Brady, and Tony. I called the call center to cancel all services the person told me that the Colorado Springs location has so many complaints that shes not surprised. One of their techs (came from Scotts) that did an application last year told me their bread and butter is commercial/golf courses and they dont really care about residential and hes going to lawn doctor as soon as theres an opening. He also told me that they dont use Scotts Fertilizer, they used a watered down version of the commercial grade stuff they apply. After I cancelled, I went down to the branch to let the GM know that I had enough and when I went in, I was asked what I needed, and I said I would like to talk to John Prather as I have a complaint, and they said he only talks to happy customers and said he was out. I called his cell phone and left several messages-never heard back and I emailed him and never heard back. Later in the week I got a call from Corporate Customer relations asking why I cancelled (a lady named Jasmine in Pennsylvania) and I explained everything to her and she said she would get it escalated to a regional manager and they would get my lawn fixed; never heard back. I called back again and no one knew who she was.
