  • When I called to schedule, a big freeze was coming. Catrina took the time to walk me through turning off the water to prevent damage. She provided education as to why we were doing this and how the pipes underground would be ok for a few weeks. She got me in the next week. They called to confirm my appointment the day prior. Mike was the technician. He was extremely nice and walked me through the steps so I understood what he was doing. He put me on a list for start up service in spring. As a female new to owning a house without much outside support/advice, I felt very comfortable in the quality of service received.

  • I was extremely pleased with the service. We had an early freeze, and Big Foot was able to come out the very next day after I called to blow out our system. Our technician arrived within 5 minutes of our agreed upon appointment time, for which I definitely give an 'A' for punctuality. Unfortunately, it was already too late and part of our system had frozen and split in two. This definitely happened before Big Foot arrived, as half of the part was laying on the ground when they got here. The technician was immediately able to diagnose the problem and went to a nearby home improvement store at no extra charge to get a replacement, which he sold to us at cost and installed. He was then able to blow out all 7 zones in less than 20 minutes with the giant air compressor he had in the back of his pickup. No extra charges for the extra zones like some places. I was pretty impressed with the technician's level of professionalism and friendliness, given that he must be going from house to house to house doing this same thing this time of year. I don't really like giving out all 'A's since I feel it cheapens the rating system and makes it difficult to separate the mediocre from the excellent, but this guy really deserved the 'A's today. I even threw a little extra money his way since I was so impressed...and I'm pretty cheap. Big thumbs up.

  • When I first made contact with Integrated Lawn Service they were very attentive to the needs of my daughters lawn. I told them that she could not afford the service until she gets paid and they assured me that they will take care of it and she can pay when she gets paid. They went out and serviced the lawn for weeds and then made contact with me to let me know what they did and what was needed in the future. I can’t say enough about Elliot and Ryan who were above professional. I have not met or talked to Dustin who was the technician who serviced the lawn, but his follow up was more than I expected. He gave me a detailed analysis of what the lawn needed come spring. I wish there was more that I could say, they were fantastic!!!

  • Chris and his crew came out this August and put in a 20' pondless waterfall as well as landscaped the steep hill on the side of my house where the waterfall was placed. He could not have done a better job. It came out better than I'd hoped and I had hoped for a LOT!! There's a wonderful group of people that work with Chris who are dedicated and hard working. They made a five foot terrace on the steep hill and put in rocks that matched my other landscaping. The rocks seemed impossibly big for them to have gotten into the windy path to the area. Some are three feet in diameter! Chris knew where the waterfall would best be placed and has a good eye for making sure it even looks good from inside the house. I had other people come estimate and Chris was the only one that immediately had good ideas of how it could go, he gave a prompt estimate (others took weeks!) His bid was much lower than the others. One company bid the same amount of money for just the pondless waterfall and not the extensive landscaping of the hill that was so critical. And with Chris I was able to do everything through him. The landscaping, the auto water filling and the electric hook up. It seemed impossible to get all that done with the distance those items had to go, and it was done quickly and without stress. They even improved my electric service outside to a grounded plug. It was installed during the monsoon rains we had this year with giant downpours almost every afternoon. It was amazing to see his crew of six and himself out in the rain working and at the very last day, instead of trying to get it done quickly, everyone was soaking wet and patiently looking at Chris show them how to strategically and beautifully place rocks to get the best look and waterfalls. I researched this a lot before going with Purely Ponds. I cant recommend them highly enough.

  • The work done was excellent! The crew was awesome and did a great job. I highly recommend Advanced Tree Service. My trees have never looked better and I have so much less to worry about come winter. And I am so happy that the juniper bush has been removed, I have hated that thing for years. Thank you Brooks, Steve, Rob and Chris: You guys are awesome!

  • They came out spent about 10 minutes looking around and placed a bid of 1600 dollars. There was no stipulation of time nor how many people would be working, just that all the mistletoe and dead limbs would be removed from all the trees on the property. We have a 2.5 acre lot which I made clear, and most of the trees do not have an issue. I told the person who bid Trevor if he had questions my mother was home. He did not ask where our property extended to, there are property stakes clearly visible. Their company is very familiar with our neighborhood and all the lots are 2.5 acres and up. Anyway they did half the job, left huge piles of limbs everywhere. They are telling me I am being unreasonable and that they did all the work they are going to. They want to be paid in full for a crap job. I have been insulted by their employees "boss man" " unreasonable" and I would never recommend them. Also of note the work crew told my mother when they showed up that they would be done in around 4 hours. Which tells me that Trevor only looked at the trees in the front of the house. All these trees are healthy and they did not cut 1 limb in the front. The front area is also about half the lot and I feel he thought this would be a quick easy 1600 dollars. In fact I think he threw in the dead branch removal to make it look like we got something for our money. In the end there are probably 50 heavily infected trees near the property line, that I did not know about till I was shown by the work crew. It is not my fault they did not spend more time on their bid. However I expect them to honor it, I would and I have honored bad bids on my part. Sometimes you win and the job goes much easier than you expect. Other times you mess up but you have to honor your bid regardless. Honestly had I gotten a bid for 4-5000 I would have bought a chainsaw and cut the infected trees down myself. I hired experts to try and save my trees as it is they have delayed treatment and allowed the mistletoe to go to seed and infect more trees.

  • They arrived on time and well prepared to tackle the huge task of removing a large cottonwood tree from our back yard. They were efficient and very careful to not damage our deck. On the second day, they returned to grind the stump and remove the many large roots of the tree. They did a great job of cleaning up and removing the large amount of wood and debris. All the employees were personable and well mannered. Their price was reasonable. We will continue to use King Tree Service and recommend them highly to anyone needing tree service.

  • They were amazing. I had rocks all around the stump and landscape fabric of which they pulled all rocks back as well as fabric at no extra charge. It was a difficult removal as the rock was so deep, their machine kept hitting rocks. They persevered until they removed it. They then returned all rocks and fabric and cleaned up area beautifully. I was so impressed. Do not hesitate to hire them.

  • David did a wonderful job for the removal and replacement of the drive, small parking area and sidewalks - the concrete looks great even though it began to rain right at the end of the driveway pour - David and the crew did an amazing job in covering up the pour and then finishing when the rain stopped - the drive looks great. He also tore out a concrete patio in the rear, put back a sidewalk and concrete curbs and placed rock in place of the patio and under a spruce tree where grass wasn't growing. He also did concrete curbs in the front around a planting area and placed rock under a tree where grass was having trouble growing. I would defiantly use David again and will be my first call and my recommendation to friends for any landscaping or concrete work.

  • Very disappointed! I scheduled Advanced Tree Service to come out to do an estimate on a job (one tree and a few stump removals), we liked their prices, honesty, and promptness to the estimate. It all changed after that... They stated during the estimate they would call us back to get us scheduled and never did. We ended up calling back and scheduled an appointment which was about 3-4 weeks out. Our appointment was slated to be in the afternoon on 16 August. My husband took the day off of work to be home to meet the workers. Here it is quickly approaching 2:00 and nobody has yet showed up nor did anybody call to give a status, apologize for tardiness....nothing. I proceeded to call to get an update and the lady I spoke with had no clue as to what was going on. We hung up so she could call the owner to get an update. A few minutes later, she called back and stated that there was a hand injury of one of the employees during the first job and that it was taking longer than anticipated (completely understandable). However, she then went on to say that nobody would be coming out to my house! No offer to reschedule, nothing. Here we are under the impression for the past month or so, we would finally be able to get some yard work accomplished and beautify our property to be shot down with only an "I am sorry" from the secretary. The owner didn't even have the audacity to phone his apologies to try to make it right. Bad business. I originally chose this company after conducting thorough research, referrals from neighbors and close friends whom I trust completely, and they are local. To be this disrespected is completely uncalled for. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never refer this company to anybody!!
