    Barron Land, LLC
It was done extremely well. The work was done efficiently and professionally. The terrain associated with this survey was extremely rugged in places but the survey was still accomplished quickly and without complaint. I certainly feel like my money was well spent.

    Ortiz Landscaping
We purchased this older home last November, and the backyard was empty except for an elm tree and a few scattered shrubs.  There was chain link fencing (with a not so great view in the back) and no grass.  I envisioned a mud playground for our dog come spring.  We called Ortiz Landscaping after getting a few quotes from others.  Not only was his quote a bit lower, but he made more suggestions for our backyard and worked with us to find an affordable solution to our needs.
Miquel Ortiz was a delight - professional yet easy to work with.  His crew worked very well together, and they seemed to really take pride in their work.  We were provided receipts for all materials.  We definitely will use Ortiz Landscaping in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping work.  We also appreciated being able to hire retired military!  The entire job took less than a week.  They turned our drab nondescript backyard into a place we will enjoy spending time in!

    Boundary Stone Surveying
We were doing the surveying in the first place because we were replacing our boundary fence which adjoins with several neighbors.  All of the fences were very old and dilapidated and literally falling down.  I called several companies from Angies's List but none of the other companies could schedule me in within a week and I was under a time crunch.  Steve at Boundary Stone referred me to his associate Bill Brooks was was able to schedule me in right away the very next day.  Bill showed up on time and went straight to work.  He was quick yet efficient and obviously knew what he was doing.  He found all of the monuments required, and to my understanding that can be quite difficult to accomplish, especially when my house was built in 1979.  Once he located all of the correct monuments he plotted them and clearly marked them with stakes and flags.  I was very impressed with Bill's work ethic and and great attitude and I would hire him again anytime.  I would also recommend him to anyone who needs professional and affordable land surveying done.  Keep up the great work!

    Groundwater Investigations LLC
Julia showed up on time and was an expert in water composition.  Immediately she explained what the blue staining was (not exactly dangerous to drink, but more damaging to your copper pipes - which could eventually lead to thousands in repairs - so it's something to take care of).  She recommended a Neutralizing system (they aren't cheap - even if you get it on the internet and install it yourself).  She, as advertised, didn't mention companies, but what I needed to remediate the problem. The report was got back was easy enough to understand, but Julia explained what the various levels of chemicals meant and if there were any that fell outside the standards for business drinking water. Anyone on a well probably should have this test done.  It was cheap and most importantly, INDEPENDENT from any equipment/filtering systems. Peace of mind and dealing with the blue stain, was worth it.

YOU DON'T FIND ANY COMPANIES THAT DO SOMETHING FOR NOTHING ANYMORE. I WAS SHOCKED THEY WOULD SEND A MAN OUT AND MARK THE PINS FOR ME, FOR FREE.
