APittman Construction LLCExcellent, prompt service started at beginning of covid 19 and went very smoothly and lots faster than I expected during this time. Very friendly and easy to talk to Contractor and crew. Contractor was always honest and made suggestions when he thought something could be done better/improved and left us make the decision to change something or not. He also was very open to any of our suggestions to make a change to the original plan. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.- Larry B.

AContollo Field ServicesDuring the removal of our old carpeting we discovered that an old termite infestation had done quite a bit of damage to our dining room area. Contollo Field services repaired the damage and even leveled the area where the dining room had been added on to our house back in the late 50's. The crew went on to install our beautiful LVP flooring. We had to negotiate some of the details of our contract, but overall the install went well in spite of the pesky termites.- Barbara D.

We've had them renovate 3 rental units over the past couple of years, some with extensive damage. On each project we bid to a few contractors and not only was their price the best, but the work was completed on time and at or under their bid. AGQ Renovations & Handyman ServicesI contacted Mark with GQ renovations to get an estimate on replacing approx 1500sqft of carpet with laminate flooring. He price matched the other estimate and was able to start the job a week sooner. I am thoroughly impressed at the quality of the work completed and attn to detail. Mark and his team at GQ went above and beyond. There where unseen issues with my subfloor from a previous carpenter that Mark addressed, repaired properly and only charged me for the extra material. I highly recommend GQ renovation and handyman services. In fact they are doing two other similar jobs for my in laws rental properties. ABarry Floors, Inc.We are very happy with the renovated hardwood floors in our home. Barry guided us the whole way and his advice was invaluable in the process of repairing, replacing, add new hardwood, sanding the whole house and staining and poly coating the new floors. He also handled baseboard installation and new vinyl flooring in our bathrooms. Barry is a great communicator and came by the project frequently to check status and make sure we were happy. AThis was for my mother's mobile home evaporator cooler, which another handyman had seriously messed up to the point where we couldn't find where the water source was for the unit anymore. Mark and his assistant came out quickly and were very nice to my mom. After quite a bit of effort, to our amazement, they were able to run the water line to the unit on the top of the mobile home roof and uncovered the unit. They also took the time to fold the cover for the unit in a very neat and compact shape. Although I wasn't there during the work, my mom could not stop saying how nice, professional, and competent these gentlemen were. Both of us will be using them in the future for any and all our home repair needs.
