    Wings of Grace Counseling Services
I was suddenly terminated without reason from my therapy. I had been seeing the therapist who was an intern, for about 2 years. She was under the supervision of Dr. Bird at Wings of Grace. There was no intake paperwork done, nothing was signed, no disclosures, no payment info, emergency contact, pt demographics, etc.. I asked for the chart notes for over four months. They were sent to the incorrect address not once but twice. I finally received a piece of paper 3/4th of a page, not signed, not dated, not on company letterhead. I asked for the notes to be resent to me professionally. On company letterhead, signed and dated. Dr. Bird randomly showed up at my house to deliver the "so called revised notes". I was shocked to see him standing in my garage. This is the brief "Readers Digest" version of my story. I'll end by saying that I requested payment receipts for the services rendered. I paid by check each week, $25.00. I received generic "Office Depot" type receipts all for the incorrect amount of $20.00. I have the cancelled, endorsed checks by the provider that I did pay $25.00 each week. I strongly urge anybody who is thinking about seeking counseling services here to think about going elsewhere. I've never heard of a counseling center practicing this way and Dr. Bird is FAR from a "Christian Counselor"... Hope this helps anybody who is thinking about going here. Please think twice. I need twice as much counseling now to process the trauma and extremely poor treatment I received at Wings of Grace. DON'T GO THERE!!!

Very good. My counselor was very helpful, compassionate, and professional. My counselor not only supported me through some of the most difficult and painful things I've ever experienced, but walked along side me as a human being and not just a client/patient.

It was clear that these providers do not understand adoption or adoption trauma. They essentially told us "no agency had any business placing a child with us." We paid cash for our visits, because our insurance does not cover couples counseling. Wings of Grace then submitted a claim in my name for individual psychotheraphy (which wasn't provided). A month later, they submitted the same claim in my husband's name in order to be paid 3 times. We reported this to our carrier's fraud department, and the claims were not paid. Shame on you, Christian counselors.

    Everett, Dr. Ralph E.
I spent a good 15 minutes on the phone arranging the appointment with him. He went into excruciating detail about what would happen from the time I arrived until I left. In addition, this was an appointment that I would have paid for out of pocket. He gave me 2 choices: 0830 hours (i.e. 8:30 am) or 12:30 pm. Well, I am NOT a morning person, so I chose 12:30 pm. I arrived and found another person in the waiting room filling out what I thought was MY paperwork. It was the Brother of a friend of mine. Turned out that Doc Everett had written down the wrong time for me. He swore up and down that I had written down the wrong time in MY planner when in fact HE had done so. He didn't provide me the privacy of speaking with me in his office over HIS mistake, but blamed it on me in FRONT of my Friend's Brother EVEN AFTER I showed him my planner and all the notes I had taken. This man's ego is OUT OF CONTROL. He cannot even consider admitting that MAYBE he was so busy that he neglected to write down RIGHT AWAY my choice of time instead relying on memory. He had the nerve to CALL me and tell me that he thought "stronger relationships are built out of conflict." It wasn't conflict. He called me a liar instead of admitting his own mistake. My suggestion based on my experience and some of the comments I've read here? AVOID THIS EGOMANIAC.

    McClure, Dr. Scott H.
Lousy. The ******* double booked and blamed me for it. He spent good fifteeen minutes with me on the phone explaining his procedure: at 12:30pm you'll arrive, You'll fill out paperwork until 1 pm, we'll talk until 1:45 pm. And then he put me down for 8:30 am in his scheduling book and refused to show me when I showed up at 12:30 pm. If you are desperately in need of help? AVOID THIS ******* AND EVERYONE IN HIS OFFICE. THEY DON'T GIVE A **** ABOUT PEOPLE. They only care about MONEY. UPDATE 8-15-17 I DID NOT CHOOSE THE 9AM TIME. I CANNOT WAKE UP THAT EARLY UNLESS I STAY UP ALL NIGHT. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING CALLED A LIAR.

Dr. Amelia S. Barret is an excellent doctor. She goes the extra mile for her patients. My Husband and I are fortunate to have her as our doctor. She has even called us personally to share important, critical health information with us.

After two years post surgery, I can hardly tell I've even HAD spine surgery. Dr. Samuelson decided to do a conservative laminectomy rather than a fusion as the others he consulted with recommended. He thought long and hard, even calling me at home to discuss options. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?? I feel great, completed my 4th Bolder Boulder last May and continue to "live my life" as Dr. Samuelson suggested. He's EXCELLENT!! But, where are you Dr. Samuelson? CSNA says he "might return"to practice  here. I've not checked recently to see if he's back, but I HOPE SO:)

    Braunlich, Joy
Braunlich actually just gave us a book to read called Not "Just Friends" and ENCOURAGED the father of my child to embrace his ambivalence and pursue a relationship with his mistress. So by all means go see Braunlich if you want her help completely destroying the family you have been trying to build for four years. She never actually discussed the book she gave us with is. Horrible, awful experience.

    David Caster MD
He's extremely knowledgeable and very wise. He's extremely up-to-date on medications and their sides on mental health issues and also on their effects on each other. He very much supports the whole health mentality. We're very much pleased. The healthier person is a healthier person. We always make arrangements and he's always responsible about it.

I see them ten times a year.  I go for neurology.  They do a lot of base work studies.  They are great at billing.  Appointments are hard to get.  They keep a call list and use it.  They make sure you are taken care of.  They will work with your primary provider and insurance.
