They did a great job. Eric and Tim handled the leveling and sealant. Sam and Mitchell came back a week later to take care of joint and crack caulking. This was originally scheduled in the fall, but early snow pushed it out to this spring. I should say that Tim Miller was excellent at scoping the project out and working the proposal effort.

Work was completed ahead of schedule. Jeremy was very professional and provided his professional opinion to actually make the design more modern and desirable. The crew Jeremy uses was polite and considerate of my families needs. After design work from Jeremy was completed, a no hassle contract was provided which outlined time frame and cost. Once contract was signed work began almost immediately. Framing, electrical, and plumbing worked well together which cut timeframe by almost two weeks. Drywall was completed with no issues. I decided to do some work myself to save money. I really appreciated the no hassle not to use his contractors. Although I did call his list of provided contractors, which were all reasonably priced, I still decided to do some work myself which saved me about 3500. The only real issue which was just me being picky was with the plumber. After the bath install the job looked dirty and rushed. (Caulking was messy, and on the tub itself.) I contacted Jeremy and within two days the job was redone to my satisfaction. Communication was easy with all contractors and Jeremy. Couldn’t be happier. The way Jeremy does his basements if you follow his timeline and stay on top of yourself the project will be completed very timely. Inspections were completed without issue and final papers were issued. The process was so smooth I have already recommended him to several friends. I also have contacted him about a new kitchen!

Very well. Austin, Tim and Angel were polite, friendly, and extremely competent in their work. The project went as planned, within schedule and budget. They went out of their way to keep things as clean and neat as possible, minimizing the amount of clean-up we had to do after they left. They always made sure we were informed as to their progress, and how things were going on the project. Will definitely recommend them.

As always, Nick was very thorough. He ensured that everything was in working order and pointed out, without trying to sell anything, areas that might need some improvement. This is the second year Nick has conducted the inspection, this year at my request. He is terrific.

This is a long process, but Peak worked diligently. The reps and crews were all skilled and professional. The work was done when promised. After a problem arose (cause is yet to be determined and may not be Peak's fault at all), Zach Milligan came out this week and did an extremely thorough inspection. He outlined his qualifications, spent hours doing an extensive examination, and explained everything completely. He will continue to work with us and another company (which did different work in the same area) until the issue is resolved. We could not have been more impressed.

Zach Milligan responded timely and professionally. He is very knowledgeable and supportive. He outlined various options and took the time to explain next steps in great detail. I have ongoing needs and service requirements, and will ask for Zach to be assigned to these jobs.

Three years ago Peak Structural installed an extensive basement waterproofing system to hopefully prevent future flooding in my basement. So far the system has been excellent--several heavy rain/hail events and no flooding. I requested an annual maintenance and check of the system and Nick Tinker was the technician assigned to the task. Nick was thorough and professional. In addition to performing maintenance on my system he checked the house for any other potential problems. He found a couple of minor issues but was honest in stating they didn't have to be addressed immediately. Nick was terrific. Hopefully he will still be around next year for my annual check!

The quick version: After $21,000 there is still a 4" slope across a small living room when I was told they could get it to around 1". The long version: I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Peak Structural nearly every step of the way. While the initial consultation encouraged me that Peak Structural could repair my sagging floor joists, just about everything went wrong after that. From the first “design specialist" who made a false assumption about a water line without telling me and cost me an extra $2000 and month-long delay (that snowballed into many other issues) to the promise that I would receive photos of cut HVAC ducts which I’ve never received after asking many times, to a complete lack of care for my time or schedule, Peak Structural has added immense amounts of stress in my life without delivering any solutions. In addition to the scheduling and communication nightmares, the waste of my time when they scheduled the wrong people, and a project that hasn’t been completed by the end of January when it was supposed to be completed in September…the final outcome is the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. I was told that they could jack up my floors to around a 1”-2” slope across my floors. After over $21,000 I still have a 4” difference across just my living room- about 10’ wide. I highly recommend that nobody use this company if they want work done well, on time, and in a respectful manner.
