They were great to deal with from beginning to end, and worked with me to try and complete the work as quickly as possible. They showed up on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after the job. The crawl space looks awesome!

Three years ago Peak Structural installed an extensive basement waterproofing system to hopefully prevent future flooding in my basement. So far the system has been excellent--several heavy rain/hail events and no flooding. I requested an annual maintenance and check of the system and Nick Tinker was the technician assigned to the task. Nick was thorough and professional. In addition to performing maintenance on my system he checked the house for any other potential problems. He found a couple of minor issues but was honest in stating they didn't have to be addressed immediately. Nick was terrific. Hopefully he will still be around next year for my annual check!

Received the best professional service I have received in Colorado. They arrived on time. Each member of the team was friendly and answered all my questions. They were respectful of the property. There was no stress wondering if the pump was working because they demonstrated and instructed the use and care of the product.

This company proved to be professional all the way through the process. I felt the price was reasonable for the work done. They gave me several options to consider with a range of prices. It is obvious that professionalism and keeping the customer in the loop are areas of emphasis for Peak Structural as they did both quite well. Based on their reputation (BBB company of the year!) and performance for me, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Everything went great. I went through about a dozen contractors before finding Brian and have only called him since. I've always gotten great work for a reasonable price with a one year warranty for if an issue comes up

I purchased a Real Deal for $49 for Foundation Evaluation with Credit Toward Foundation Repair. What I received was an estimate for work to be done--which most companies offer for free. While the design specialist was prompt and professional, he examined my problem and recommended extensive interior work which involved removing the perimeter of the basement concrete floor, and the lower half of the drywall, then installing an interior drainage system with a large sump pump. The cost of the repairs exceeded $15,000. He told me this was required because our house did not have an external drainage. After checking with another company and doing a little research with the regional building department, I learned that we did have an external drain--required of all houses built by the time ours was. The real solution to our problem is to have the drain unclogged, much simpler and much less expensive. So it felt like either the specialist didn't do his basic homework, or I was being up-sold. Either way, their approach was very dissatisfying.

The representative was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us thru all our options to include a minor fix as that is all we needed. Our issue was small enough for us to fix so their services were not needed. He was honest about it and did not try to up sell me anything. I appreciate the honesty and if a larger job arises I will for sure go with Peak Structural, good to run into an honest business. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Eric and Ben did a careful and thorough job replacing the window well, and they responded to questions and requests professionally and helpfully. All scheduling and communication were perfect.

Mike came out to look at our 90 year old basement which has had some, but not a lot, of water seepage during a very wet Colorado season.  He spent quite a bit of time reviewing the situation.  Since the foundation and crawl spaces appear to be structurally sound without much water coming in, he recommended initial measures to move water away from the foundation rather than inside or outside perimeter drains or excavation waterproofing.  He thought we could do this work ourselves and that it would likely solve our problem; if not, we could consider other options at a later time.  After he left, we had several questions; he spent time on a phone call and promptly answered our email (while on his vacation).  We are implementing his recommendations with expected good results.  We will call him back if further work needs to be done.  Awesome interaction focused on getting it right rather than generating money.  We would recommend him to friends.
Also, Mike looked at our unattached garage double brick wall built on grade which has some cracking.  He thought we might need 3 helical piers to stabilize the wall, but that he would have an independent licensed structural engineer assess it before any work was done.  His report with bid was sent promptly.  The "B" rating for price is because this type of work seems to be expensive; his pricing is about the same as others we had.  We have had a licensed structural engineer evaluate the garage; in his opinion, at this point, the helical piers are not needed.  If this work needs to be done in the future, we will call Mike.  Again, his professionalism is exemplary.  He is a pleasure to work with.

Mark knows what excellent looks like and is committed to providing a top quality job. He takes it upon himself to make sure things are done right. He made several helpful suggestions about things that needed to be done. His addition of attic stairs was particularly valuable in our rental since it had very limited storage. When something was not done to our satisfaction he did not hesitate to make it right, however very few things fell in this category.  Also Mark and his key employees are experts at almost any facet of renovation. Mark can do almost any job himself and therefore knows what employees and subs need to do to get the job done right. We would hire him again in a heartbeat. Some times our schedule suffered a little, but quality comes first with Mark. I will take that trade any day. Since we are absentee landlords we hired Mark to oversee manage our rental and respond to customer concerns. Mark has our highest recommendation.
