    The BumperDoc team was great. Eric was fantastic. He was very responsive to our particular situation. When they did not have the machine necessary to straighten our frame, he offered his vehicle to us (we didn't need it) which was very thoughtful. They communicated throughout and kept their costs to what was originally bid. The results are it looks great. The paint is perfect. We highly recommend them!

    I had a superior experience with Dent Works. I had hail damage to my vehicle that needed repaired. The work that was done was top notch. My vehicle looks better now than the day I drove it off of the lot. The owner/manager takes an incredible interest in his clients, their satisfaction, and the work that comes out of his shop. And that is who you want taking care of you car! We will definitely continue to use Stuart and his team at Dent Works on all of our vehicles!

    HORRIBLE - I also needed to have a side view mirror replaced. The cost of the mirror as $1,300.00. I later found out that originally the mirror had never (honestly) been ordered but had been pieced back together (yes, the broken mirror). It was only after the fact, and after taking the vehicle to have it inspected by the car dealer that the car dealer assured me that the mirror had not been replaced by a new one but that it had been pieced back together - the job was so slopping that some adhesive was left on the door itself, as well as the indoor panel was broken. NOTE: In all fairness, the owner stated that he wanted my car to bake in the summer sun so the paint would get hard. After that, he promised to call me to buff/sand out and polish to make it look like a professional job---never heard from him, never got a returned call. After many many comments from other body workers telling me what a horrible body work job this was and is, I attempted to contact owner to be fair and provide him with an opportunity to fix and repair---TO DO THE RIGHT THING----never heard from him.

    FOGG'S AUTO
    Fogg���s gave me an estimate of $622.30 for the work. A few days later, I obtained the estimate from my insurance company. That estimate was $873.17, the maximum amount they were going to reimburse me (less my deductable) for the repairs. The insurance company adjuster told me to give their estimate to the repair facility I used so if they found additional damage when they began the work they could inform the insurance company. After the work was completed, Fogg���s bill came to $873.17, the EXACT amount of the insurance company estimate, rather than their original $622.30 estimate. When I questioned that amount, the woman told me their ���policy��� is to bill the insurance company estimate. I���ll bet that wouldn���t be their ���policy��� if the insurance company estimate was lower than their estimate! I told her I thought they should honor their estimate, not bill me more just because the insurance company estimate was higher. She then gave me some nonsense about their estimate not including removal of a reflector and the fuel filler door before painting. Besides, she said, their estimate was only a ���guesstimate��� and they can���t be held to it. What? They���ve been in business for a long time (35+ years) and the individual who wrote the estimate certainly knew the reflector and the fuel filler door would have to be removed for painting, and they���re certainly a lot better at estimating work then the word ���guesstimate��� suggests. The reflector and fuel filler door probably weren���t listed because the labor for removal and re-installation wasn���t worth capturing. Removal and re-installation of those two items didn���t require $250 in labor. I feel Fogg���s took advantage of me. If I hadn���t handed them the insurance company estimate, the bill for the repairs would probably have been their original estimate. Because I contested the bill, the woman gave me a $155.00 discount. That was nice, but it shouldn���t have been necessary if they hadn���t taken advantage of me because the insurance company estimate was higher then their estimate. I would have rated them ���A��� on Price if they had stuck to their estimate and not inflated the price once they saw the insurance company estimate. Ditto for Professionalism. Taking advantage of a customer isn���t very professional.

    Needed to wait over 2 months to schedule repair. When called in a week ahead of time, was told I could bring it in the next day (Wednesday). However, they did not get to my car until the next Monday. Because of hidden damage, the repairs were not complete until late Friday. The repairs were excellent! Like new. They have recently been sold to Service King between scheduling and doing my repairs. Their work is excellent. Communication needs work. I was calling them daily until they actually started the repairs.

    I don't know where to start, I brought my vehicle in the shop to do repairs after an accident. I had to bring it back in 7 times to get the repair done properly and I am still finding things wrong with my vehicle. The first time I went to pick it up I noticed defects in the paint from 50 feet away. After that I noticed so much else wrong with the vehicle. I can't even list all the problems I had. If you use this shop please check your vehicle over.

    After 4 months of the vehicle in the shop we had a car (2016) that looked mediocre at best. Shortly after getting the car back it broke down. Ford service said that the windshield was leaking which broke some electronic components. We eventually found out that the old roof was never taken off and the new one was set on top of it which wouldn't allow the windshield to seal. The owner, Angel Pimentel refuses to accept responsibility for the bad work and will not pay for the repairs.

    Outstanding job. I've been to plenty of body repair shops in town. Dentagon is by far the best in Colorado Springs! Lance the owner didn't even charge me for the touch up paint job done by his partner next door.

    The Ding Guy
    Just picked up my Jeep from The Ding Guy after finally getting the hail damage repaired. Worth every second of the wait. Rachel made me feel more like family than a customer and Mike was as professional as it gets. I truly felt like he was treating my Jeep like it was his own. They kept me informed of the progress and the results were unbelievable. While all of my damage was on the exterior, I was stunned when I picked up my Jeep and discovered that they detailed the interior as well. Never once did I ever feel like they were trying to take advantage of me since I'm a woman, a common complaint a lot of my female friends have had at other shops in town. Seriously, don't go anywhere else, you won't regret it.
