    Mr. Michael E. Morrow came out to our home immediately to repair the connection to our stove. He found that it was installed wrong and fixed our burners as well. He explained everything he was doing and was extremely kind. Very professional. Thank you for helping our family.

    The company was able to send a service technician the following morning after we had problems with a loud squealing sound from our clothes dryer. The technician, Bob, gave us a call when he was 30 minutes out from our scheduled time. He showed up promptly and quickly dismantled the dryer and determined the problem. Bob was pleasant, efficient and professional and was glad to point out the fix for the problem and also gave us some preventative maintenance tips. He completed the repairs, along with cleaning the inside of the dryer, within an hour (he had the needed part in the truck). He assured everything was functioning correctly and cleaned up completely. The charge for the repair was reasonable and the company provided a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. Would definitely recommend their service and would use them again.

    They installed a faulty water valve twice that leaked over several weeks and caused extensive damage to my wood floors. They refused to refund my money, pay for any repairs, or file a claim on my behalf. To date the work has not been completed.

    Brian the owner refused to pay my fiancee his last check. My fiancee served 8 years in the US Army and has since retired medically. Bria. Has no respect for veterans or their families. I wouldn't suggest anyone especially veterans give this business a dime. He is a liar and very disrespectful and doesn't care for Army Vets. This business needs to be black listed! Do not support a business that doesn't support Army veterans.

    The technician, Jonathan, was right on time. He was courteous and personable. He diagnosed the problem (frozen coils and blocked drainage) and immediately went to work to correct the issue. He also took steps to help prevent further problems. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance of the Front Range to anyone who has need of appliance repair. I will definitely be using them in the future!

    Tim was great. An owner-operated business is a real treat in these days of huge chain companies. Tim responded immediately to my service request on Angies list. He scheduled promptly with me, arrived as scheduled and repaired the appliance quickly. Considering that it is a high-end, built-in and is difficult to access it was difficult, but he solved the problem and was a pleasant gentleman to have in our house. Will call again for other appliances.

    It started off great. He called me within 15 minutes of my Angie's submittal and said he could be there that afternoon. He also stated he was familiar with the problem with my Samsung since he fixed 8 or 9 with the same problems( Samsung class action in progress). So I hired him without checking others since he was highly rated on Angie's (my bad). First problem, about 4 that afternoon he calls and can't make it and he would be there tomorrow. He shows up late afternoon the next day and proceeds with the repairs which were as he had thought and puts everything back together. Since it is a refrigerator, we had to wait until the system gets cold again so he leaves. Second problem, the next day every thing seems to be working fine except the icemaker. Since it was a Saturday, I decided to wait until Monday to see if it starts or we can get it working. It doesn't so I give him a call and he gets all defensive stating he hadn.t worked on the icemaker. I tell him that it had worked prior to the service and that it was text book of the problems with Samsung's as outlined in the class action suit which he had told me about and what he had fixed. He made no offer to check it out to see if the problem was something simple like a loose wire.

    We called and needed someone the next day because we were leaving and they agreed to come the next day. The technician showed up at the appointed time, in fact called and said he was on his way. He replaced the fan and fixed the problem. The charge was within $10 of what they quoted on the phone,

    I still have not received any call backs from the numerous people who promised to call me. One person told me that someone locally will call me, just to get me off the phone. Well, I did get the same recorded message to call Sears at their 1-800-469-4663, only this time it was from a Boulder, CO number. 720-897-8093. When I called that number, it just put me back into the phones in the Philippines call center. No one has called to fix this. The people on the phones will say anything just to get you off the phones. They didn't like it when I threatened to record their conversations. I am sick of this. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks of no response from Sears. DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM SEARS AND DEFINITELY DO NOT PURCHASE A SERVICE CONTRACT WHICH THEY REFUSE TO HONOR! I am very glad I don't have a service contract with Sears to repair my air conditioner!
