The services and equipment was far superior than their competitors. I contacted ADT directly and felt they were over charging me on the monthly statement, equipment, and installation fee. Provided home security equipment, installation, and monitoring services with customer service that is second to none. They only offer the most current and up to date equipment, not equipment that's outdated like I had found with their competitors.
