    We had a technician here Monday morning. He checked everything and went over how to totally disarm the system with me. He determined that the problem was the work being done in the area installing new towers was interfering with the system's ability to send. He also noticed the wiring to the sliding doors was disconnected. We had had new doors installed and totally forgot about having the security company reinstall the wiring. Steven did a great job of reconnecting the wiring and minimizing the appearance of the fix.

    I highly recommend Breakpoint. Mike Schroder who is the owner of the company was very responsive. Provided lots of options that matched my needs and did a great job on the installation.     We like their ease of use and I don’t have to think about it. We don’t set off our alarm very often, so they periodically ask us to test the alarm to make sure it works. They are very proactive. When we have had a problem, which is rare, they are very responsive. They get their service guys out and they are pleasant to deal with. The pricing has been pretty stable over the time I’ve used them. When we first started the service, it was $75 a period and now it is just $81 a period.

    He was the most reasonable cost of everyone I called. There was no 2 hour appointment window or hourly minimum, he just showed up on time at the time I needed him. He understood the urgency of the repairs I needed so made time for same day repair. He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. He even left us with extra parts and trained me on how to do the repair myself if I ever needed to. We would definitely use him again.

    I insisted upon a certain brand of tablet for my security system, so they did need to come back a second time, but they were very thorough with the follow-up.  Their customer service was excellent.  I have had one issue with a callback but they solved that issue very quickly.  Their support and reliability are both great as well.  They gave me a discount on the up-front fee, which I was pleased with.  I thought the price was competitive.

    I love these guys. We had ADT and wanted to upgrade to video and smart phone monitoring. I kept calling ADT about their pulse system and no one called me back. One of my co-workers recommended United. 
    They called me back right away and made an appointment to see my existing system. They were able to use most of it and reprogramed it to their network adding video cameras, programable touch pads, screens with alarm sensors and the ability to monitor the system online. 
    It took the tech one day to update the system and add all the features. He was prompt, professional and totally easy to work with considering he was here all day. He worked around my dogs. 
    The system is very easy to use, I like that I can easily give codes to people (cleaning lady, dog walker etc..) and see who is here when. The video cameras took a bit to set up but they are a great feature I can tell when people enter the home or the backyard from alerts to my email. 
    We had one issue that we caused we tripped a breaker and could not find the GFI, they came out the day we called showed us where it was and left without charging us. 
    I also love that they are local. They cost about the same as the basic ADT service and we get a much better service and more bells/whistles.

    It was a very good experience and I was completely satisfied with how it went.  I asked lots of questions and the technician answered each one satifactorily with patience and kindness.  No question went unanswered, even if I asked it over in different ways.  When I ordered extra equipment the folks on the phone were very helpful and suggested equipment that was even lower priced that would do the job I wanted done, instead of what I 'thought' I needed.  They know their equipment well and can answer any question.

    United Systems is not too bad. Sometimes a thunderstorm will trip it which is annoying because if that happens over a certain number of times, the police will charge you for it. They respond with a phone call within ten minutes and ask for the code.
