Paul was absolutely incredible. He promptly responded to may first inquiry and every inquiry after that. He recommended an excellent program for the company and handled all the paperwork. When at the the last minute one employee left, he quickly arranged to remove that employee from the plan before it went into effect.

He brought in another agent to help the owner with Medicare issues, even though he would get no commission on this. The other agent was great too and helped through all the hurdles.

He worked with the owner's wife and son to make sure they had private coverage, as the owner was leaving the group plan.

Paul's service was above and beyond. His service, honesty and work ethic made this difficult transaction go as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who needs health insurance assistance.

And, by the way, the original concept would have resulted in more people going on the company plan and thus more commission for him. But, he only cared about doing the right thing for his client, even if he did not earn as much as it originally appeared.

We visited Paul at his office where everything was shown on a large screen monitor. He was able to recommend a few medical insurance plans for our family. He also called different representatives to double check on some of the information that were provided to us.
It was very helpful in this new world out there to have some help.

After weeks of research on healthcare plans, and getting bogged down in individual vs. group vs. self-employed plan details and the dizzying details of the constantly changing Obamacare/ACA, we finally and quot;cried uncleand quot; and sought out a professional health insurance broker to help us weed through the quagmire of policies for one that is just right for us. What a relief! We're so pleased with the results found through Managed Benefit Systems, Inc. Paul's a true industry professional who knows this stuff inside and out, providing a relatively painless experience in a truly painful industry for the working Joes and Jills out there. He found us a plan that works for our family, our business, our employees. Would definitely recommend MBS for anyone pulling their hair out over this stuff and in need of health insurance plan/policy help!

Kaiser Permanente has a bunch of facilities in the area but my normal provider is at the Smokey Hill office and my eye doctor is at a different facility. They are cost effective and very timely. The people at Kaiser Permanente are very personable. You know when I used to go to the doctor I had to wait for 45 minutes, Kaiser has rules to prevent that so nobody waits more than 15 minutes. Their doctors shake your hand and look you in the eye and listen to you. Labs and other services are free and on site so they are available. It’s just an efficient user-friendly system. I can even email my doctor when I have questions. I also can get test and lab results over email so I don’t have to go there to get feedback from doctor. They have their own complimentary medicine which includes a chiropractor, an acupuncturist and a massage therapist so sometimes I use them as well. I will definitely continue to use them.

BCBS is our insurance provider.  Their communication is great, answers all questions/concern we may have, explain all claim questions...  We have been having them as our insurance provider (through employer) for several years and haven't had any problems whatsoever.  Customer service is great.

They're pretty typical for a large insurance provider. Not terrible, but not great either. They're slow to process claims and their customer service people don't seem very well informed. But they're carried by a lot of providers, so it's easy to find in-network doctors. Their ppo plan allows you to go straight to specialists without having to see a PCP first, so that saves some run around.

My primary care physician moved to another state a couple months ago and I was worried about finding a new provider close to my house. Cigna's website is very straightforward and you cansearch by specific docotor or specialty.

Being new to the area, I took my hubby in for a bad knee. The nurse joked with us, listened carefully to his symptoms and helped us feel at ease. The doctor was very nice, and very thorough. She explained How's and Why's very well. I recommend them very highly.

I love them. They know me by name when I walk in and they know what my prescriptions are. They have never made a mistake. They bend over backwards if I'm going on a trip and need a few extra pills. They call my insurance company. They bend over backwards to do everything. I could get my prescriptions online at a lower cost but I don't because they are so outstanding. They are worth the extra money.

Now a lot of people base their health care decision on insurance and I don't do that.  Obviously it's great if they take my insurance I felt that the front office was not, I was not impressed at all.  I don't know what to say about them.  When you would call up and they would pick up the phone and so fast.  They see so many patients for one time that it just was not the type of place for me to go to.
