I've always had all my needs met when going to see Dr. Jessica. I bring my small children to her, as well as myself and my husband. When I was pregnant she saw me and treated me and I've always felt I'm in the best of hands.

However a few months later I had a few personal reasons (I wish not to disclose) That prompted the removal of my son from Martial Arts. September 15, 2014 I called the Martial Arts and ask them how would they like to receive their 30 day written notice they informed me that I needed to email billing directly. I emailed billing that day giving them my contact information and a simple line of saying I wish to disenroll my son from the program. I received an automatic reply saying that billing will contact me into 2-3 days. A few days later I received an email from Deb stating that she is the liaison between the Martial Arts and the billing department she informed me that I had two options on cancellation
    1. I could provide a medical waiver saying that my son was physically disabled and could no longer attend and would also have to sign a consent to release his medical records or 2. Provide proof (lease, bill) that I had moved 25+ miles away from the Dojo.

I called the Dojo and spoke with Deb and inquired on why I would have to provide either of the two if my contract states that all you need is a and quot;30 day written noticeand quot; she went on to inform me and quot;you initialed the contractand quot; and and quot;sorry if you failed to understand it fully.and quot; I proceeded to explain to her that when I enrolled in the program I spoke with Tasha and I made certain that cancellation could be initiated at anytime with a and quot;30 day written noticeand quot;. That's when I was informed that Tasha no longer worked there. And those 2 options were my only recourse.

My son has personal reasons not to return to the dojo but to keep them private I chose to provide my lease being that I had recently moved 23.5 miles away. After submitting my new lease I received the email a few days later from Deb stating that the billing company mapped me at only 17.9 miles and stated that 17 miles is and quot;pretty close for him to continueand quot; and that they would no be terminating my contract. Confused about the difference of mileage I googled it again. The route was down the E-470 toll road, so not only an I expected to travel the 17 miles (according to them) twice weekly but I'm suppose to pay the toll to do it. I was informed via email that my only other recourse now was to contact the manager Bernie and set up an appointment with him. As of today I have not stop payment yet. Today will make the 30 day mark for the written notice I have an appointment with Bernie next week 22 October and I will keep you posted if I am still paying for service that my son no longer uses.

Top notch, great staff very professional and friendly, comfortable environment. There is nothing better than getting your REAL data when it comes to your body fat%, metabolism, and VO2 max. Getting you true numbers so you can adjust your training versus just guessing is invaluable. Going back and getting your results a second time is great as you can really track how your training and effort is paying off and where specifically on your body you're having an impact since the DEXA scan breaks up your body into segments and left and right sides; it's great!! I look forward to going back every month to track my progress.

I am always very impressed with Dr. Lazarus and the rest of the staff. Dr. Lazarus is very bright and he takes the time to talk to you. I never feel rushed when I am there, and truly feel listened to. Not only that but he has a great way of building me up. The last several years have been extremely challenging for me, and I had much success using their program, but then had back to back injuries and went through a divorce, so I just stopped going. Naturally, being a woman, I wanted to lose weight before going to the weight loss doctor (kinda like cleaning the house before the house keepers comes!). I know, makes no sense! I finally got frustrated enough to go back in, and they were so understanding. I saw Heather on that visit, and she is wonderful as well! When you are at their office you feel like you a truly cared about! It is a great feeling! I beat myself up enough about my weight, so it is so refreshing to go somewhere where I can receive some nurturing! The nutritionists on staff are fabulous as well! Thank you, Clinical Nutrition Center!

I've been working out with him since the Summer of 2008. He is very knowledgeable and able to adapt his workout and training to people that have specific physical issues or injuries. He can adapt training to whatever the individual needs. Wednesday was my last interaction with him. I've never worked out with a trainer who knows as much as he knows about the body. He assess you individually and works around you based on your age, activity level and sports of interest to come up with a plan for you.

I was afraid of the "boot camp" idea, but it's amazing. This class is only for women (although significant others can come on Saturdays), and there is a wide range of ages and fitness levels. You do what challenges you, specifically, so every level gets a really great work out. Priscilla Freed (author, nutritionist, fitness coach etc) is very encouraging, and engaging. I get the level of encouragement that I need without feeling like I'm being yelled at (boot camp mentality). There are convenient times for the classes. I like to get my workout over with in the morning before work. But there are also evening times available if that works better for your schedule. It only took me a few weeks of this class to feel really fit, and I always looked forward to going. Every class is different, and you're working out with other great women, so there is never the boredom that you'd get with a series of workout DVDs. I never feel the need to watch the clock, and actually, getting up the motivation to get out of bed is more daunting than the actual workout. Each person is treated as an individual, so the coaches are very in tune with the intensity level, and needs of each participant.

It's a great place. They are extremely family friendly. They have outstanding communication. They sent postcards to welcome my children for their first classes. They're just overall a great business and a great addition to the community.

I have used them for about two years. They are very good. I just temporarily decided that I could not afford going there right now. It was not that it was expensive but I would not use them as much as I could. But if I went back to a fitness center, I will go there again. I like the cleanliness of everything and the professional people and trainers there. They do not pressure you and they do a really excellent job. There was nothing that I did not like about them. They are excellent, nice and friendly. They make you feel at home. It is easy to use the equipment there and they even have classes. The place is well-staffed and they have good equipment. The people there know what they are doing and their price is pretty reasonable too.

Dallas Davidson decided that he could not fix the treadmill but could use some of the parts and offered to purchase it from me for $100 and dissasemble it and haul it away.  He had great communication skills and was a very nice and honest person.  He cleaned the treadmill before he dissembled it and then vacummed the floor after he had taken it away, he left my house cleaner then when he came here.  I would highly recommend him anyone.

They are just very professional and they treat their clients with respect. It's a serious gym for training and all their trainers are certified and have been doing what they are doing for many years. So they get people who are not only at the top of their professions but help their clients to increase health and fitness. It's a crowded gym but it has got all the equipment I need.
