    For both jobs, the technician arrived on time. For the electrical panel, they brought two certified electricians for the job (Domenic was the primary). Both were extremely efficient, professional, friendly and clean. They obtained the permit and scheduled the inspection. The inspection occurred two days later with no problems. The inspector commented he though they had done an outstanding job. For the spa connection, Domenic returned and did an outstanding job on this as well. I would definitely hire this company again for any electrical. I felt the price was reasonable as well.

    The electrician showed up on the same day I booked the services. I was impressed with the quick response. CT electrical also honored the 2 hour special that they offered on Angie's list even when it was for troubleshooting indoor electrical problems. I had two floodlight/security cameras wired. One required conduit to be run from a GFI outlet. The other was run inside my garage and mounted just above my address plate. I also had a third floodlight replaced. It was already wired so there was less work to be done. The electrician did an awesome job. He was professional and polite. He provided covers to keep water out of the light.

    In summary: stated he was a licensed contractor, but he wasn���t licensed in Aurora, screwed up my electrical to the point it was a fire hazard (see pictures and notes from licensed electrician), took my money and never delivered materials. Details: On November 3, signed contract and gave Harlan Woods, aka H Malone Woods, $618 for materials to replace siding on front of garage with the remaining amount due upon completion. He stated he would complete the ���small��� job on November 4 and that it didn���t require a permit. (The city later told me it did.) On November 4 told me he���d be by on November 6. Never showed. Left message he���d come on Nov 8. On Nov 8, his wife said he���d be by on Nov 10 at 8AM. He showed up that afternoon, ripped off the old siding and told me he had to wire the light because it hadn���t been wired before. (It was, per the electrician I hired later.) Set off the breakers in the whole house 5 times. I tried to get him to leave it alone, but he wouldn���t���said he didn���t like to leave a job unfinished. Never got the light to work���said it was ���solar��� and it would come on after dark. (It wasn���t and it didn���t). Wanted another $89 on the spot for ���adhesive���. When I told him no, he started yelling at me that he was going to charge me another $300 for electrical work (that he did ���out of the goodness of his heart��� )and drove off. Called me 10 minutes later to yell again that he wanted $300 for the electrical work (I didn���t agree). Didn���t hear from him at all for several days, so I sent him an email asking whether he was going to finish, and if he was, to get a permit for the work. That night he showed up at my house with his wife and child so he and she could both yell at me that he wasn���t getting a permit and he wasn���t going to give me the information to get the permit, but if I wanted one I had better get it ���per his contract���. This was followed by several angry email messages throughout the night. (I have copies). Finally he sent one stating I could cancel the contract but he was keeping my money. It cost me $311 to have a licensed electrician fix what he did, plus the $618 I paid Harlan for siding materials which were never delivered, much less installed. Two other licensed contractors and Home Depot later told me that the materials for the job would have cost around $200, had they actually been purchased, and that no adhesive was required for the job. Two licensed electricians attested to the hazardous electrical wiring performed by Harlan.

    Phenominal experience. Very experienced and professional electrician. Our electricity wouldn't stay on for more than an hour before the main breaker would trip. JM came out a couple hours after my call and promptley diagnosed the issue. They really could taken advantage of us, but charged us a very resonable rate to diagnose the issue and get it fixed.

    We had very few lighting in our home. CT Electrical Services installed 2 fans, installed recessed can lights throughout our home and it looks amazing! CT Electrical Services also installed Ethernet drops in several rooms with a patch panel. They were professional and easy to work with on this project.

    Initial onsite visit was a No-Show. There were 5 additional No-Shows on appointments that they made with me. Was initially told that the Job would take 1 day. After 8 days of making appointments, Not finishing the work and No-shows -- I finally gave up and did the work myself. Multiple miscommunications with the Scheduling staff. Even got called and accuse of not paying the bill when I had never received a bill and the work was not complete. The wiring was done incorrectly 3 times -- Tried to turn off the lights in the house and for 3 circuits the lights would not turn off (incorrect wiring of a ground). The Techs told me it was probably my dimmer switches --- I told them that I didn't have any dimmer switches (ON/OFF) only but the lights would not turn off. They came back for the third time and fixed 2 of the circuits but 2 additional circuits were not working properly. I purchased a circuit wiring checker and checked all of my outlets in the house to find that 1/3 of them showed that the wires were connected incorrectly. I called them and told them that the wiring was done wrong. They came out one last time (6th time) and said everything was OK. Lights still would not go out (Only Dim) and the Wall outlets still showed that they were wired incorrectly. Luckily My father was an electrician in the Navy and did a good job of teaching me about house wiring. It took me an hour to locate the Mis-wired circuits and correct them. For two of the circuits the Hot and Common Wires were connected to the wrong terminals. How can an Electrician that does this for a living make these kinds of mistakes 6 times in a row.

    great experience. They did a great job. I had a laundry list of little things to do and purchased entire day 1 electrician. It actually was split between 3 days. Even installed lights on vaulted ceilings and required 2 extra men to help install those 2. Punctual and professional. Would hire again.
