    I called Advanced Dermatology and they were really nice. The only problem is they don't accept new patients after 3pm. So I had to get off work early in order to make it to my appointment. But once I was theere everyone was really nice and informative. I will go back in the future.

    It was pretty good. They were very professional, and very well-organized. Everything went very smoothly. The doctor was very professional as well. It just seemed like they have the system down. It didn't seem like it was a chore for them to help you out. They like helping you. It's just wasn't one of those experiences where you could tell that they didn't like their job. It was very well done.

    She is excellent.  She spends a lot of time with patients.  She is thorough and communicative.  She explains all of your options.  She is also a pediatric dermatologist who is extremely good with kids.

    They were great. I visited them in January 2011 as well. My experience with them was excellent because of the speed of their service, the ease of work with the doctor, location and the doctor being able to talk to me in plain English so that I could understand him. My overall experience with them was excellent.

    They are very competent and very thorough. I ca easily make an appointment. They have a very professional operation. There are a number of them so it is pretty easy to get an appointment. My dermatologist is a person by the name of James R. Devito. The person who is really the principal partner in the practice is Leslie R. Capin. We will continue to see them.

    Staff was very friendly upon arrival.  Dr. Orton was in my patient room quite quickly.  All of my issues where, thankfully, cosmetic.  The only reason I say I would not use him again is that he seems almost disappointed that I had no interest in cosmetically fixing my issues.  I am sure that is where he makes most of his money, but as I told him, all I wanted to know if whether anything looked dangerous/cancerous/like a blood clot.  I was happy with my report of good health, but he did not seem to be as happy :)

    I went in, waited for an hour and a half, and was never treated. Later, I was billed even though I hadn't been treated by the doctor. When I asked how this was possible, her nurse told me that I was billed because the doctor simply walked in and spoke to me.

    Like the doctor (I saw Dr. Alkousakis)! Not at all crazy about the front desk staff or nurse that asked questions at the beginning of the visit. I arrived 15 minutes early as asked on the phone since I was a new patient. It was 45 minutes after I arrived before I was called back and another 15 until the doctor came in. Once he did come in, he apologize for being late, was very polite, answered all my 'extra' questions above and beyond what I had come in for. I had to talk to him about a couple of things I thought would be uncomfortable but he handled it like a pro and did not make me feel weird at all. I felt very comfortable with him and will definitely come back to see him. I'll have to wait and decide on the front desk though, they were not very helpful and kept carrying on side conversations (not at all relevant to the office or operations) while I'm standing there waiting to be helped. I'm hoping next time they will get me in before an hour...I have to get back to my job! :)
