Service was great. Mark was very helpful from the beginning, price was very good and fair, delivery service was there when they said they were going to be and the communicated with me along the way. Would definitely use again and recommend.

The entire process was so simple it had me worried. While I was researching which company to use I kept seeing negative feedback about how the quoted price was not really the final price. Well with Hilton Auto-transport this was not the case, I did not pay on cent more than quoted. The driver picked up my car on the date promised and actually delivered it early.

I highly recommend this company for your auto transportation needs.

On another note I dealt primarily with Nicole Hilton and she was very helpful and always easy to reach.

Last week of June I contracted AmeriFreight to transport a jeep wrangler from Colorado to South Florida. My contact was Justin at AmeriFreight who could not have been more professional and helpful. He found a carrier in a few minutes, literally. The vehicle was picked up in two days, and delivered in six. No Problems. Superior Service.

My father in Denver wanted to make a gift of his Lexus to his great grandson in Sacramento.  It is a 1200 mile trip and for various reasons I was unable to drive the car myself.   I had never used an auto transport service before and was apprehensive about losing control of the car after reading some horror stories about the process.  Executive Auto Shippers was my choice for the job and they came through with flying colors.   The admin point of contact, Betty, was great.  The driver, Rashid, was professional and courteous.   The car was delivered two days after it was loaded on the transport carrier and my grandson said it arrived in great shape.   This is an excellent company......give them your business if you ever need to ship a vehicle.

I reserved a compact car for use in Pittsburgh. We arrived at the airport late in the evening and in bad weather. The Thrifty clerk told me that their compact cars did not have front wheel drive and for safety in such bad weather she recommended upgrading to the next larger car, which did have front wheel drive and was $10/day more. I was tired; it was dark; snow and sleet were falling. I wanted a front wheel drive for safety, so I agreed to the upgrade. The clerk then promised that because I upgraded I could add another driver at no charge. Because it was free, I did so. I never needed or used the 2nd driver option. I only upgraded for the front wheel drive. I later discovered that compact cars rented by Thrifty do have front wheel drive and there was no need to upgrade in order to get that feature. I contacted the company through their website and explained I had been given wrong information and asked for my $10/day upgrade to be refunded. Thrifty responded via telephone. I was told that I had been given the upgrade for free but had been charged $10 per day because of adding the 2nd driver. I explained that the clerk clearly told me the $10/day was for the upgrade and that 2nd driver was free. I also explained I had not wanted either the upgrade or the 2nd driver, but only agreed because I was given wrong information about the compact car. The Thrifty representative informed me that a refund would not be given because I had "enjoyed" the 2nd driver option. I have sent follow-up correspondence to the company asking for a review and a refund, but have been ignored. Thrifty's clerk gave me wrong information and convinced me to spend more for the car rental based on that wrong information. The company has refused to admit fault or give a refund. Thrifty Case ID: 1370639 At this point, I do not expect anything from this company and only file this report as a warning other Angie's List users. There are many other car rental companies and I will not use Thrifty again.

My car was transported from Centennial, Colorado (a Denver suburb) to Philadelphia in 3 days. This was a shorter time period than expected. Everything went OK.

Incredible service. Contacted Nichole over the holiday weekend. We called on Monday. Picked up on Tuesday and delivered the car on Thursday. I highly recommend.
