Auto Service reviews in Centennial

Based on the rest of the reviews, this shouldnt be surprise to see another poor experience coming from AutoNation Toyota. In our case, we used the AutoNation website to reserve a car we wanted over the weekend. Immediately after selecting to reserve on the website, we got an email with confirmation number that the vehicle was reserved for 72 hours and wont be sold until after the reservation expires. At this point we were happy we found the car we wanted and glad it was reserved before we purchased on Monday. A couple hours before the appointment we get an email saying the car was already sold. We were very frustrated at this point, because we were promised this vehicle was reserved until it expired. We tried to work out other options like trying to find a vehicle, but were told none exist in the US right now. Also, AutoNation has similar vehicles in stock, but not what we were looking for so we asked about getting a significant discount on these similar vehicles to make up for this breaking of agreement of reserved vehicle. They didnt want to change the price at all and offered nothing more than a hallow apology. No one should buy a car from these dishonest people.

Terry always does such a great job! My wife appreciates his attention to detail. I like coordinating appointments with him. He very accommodating! This is our 4th year trusting our car with Terry and we're looking forward to many more!

They're very good, very professional. I set up an appointment in advance to do a test drive. I knew the name of the person, I worked with him through the whole process. Most of the process after I did the test drive was through email.

I have to go again. Overall rating - I would probably give them a “B” only because I had to wait a little bit longer than I anticipated. It took a little while. They advertise that it should take a certain amount of time. I think I even had an appointment. You have an appointment, you could be in and out in an hour, it was probably closer to 2. They could have done a better job there. It’s a busy place. They do a great job explaining everything. The car is definitely clean, they do a nice job.

Called Toby and he quoted a price that was a bit better than his competitors and since this was a non-insurance job for my Tacoma so I told him to stop by. I was able to apply a discount coupon to reduce the price. Showed up on time, did the job for the quoted amount, guarantees his work.....that's all I ever ask.

Their price was in line with all of their competitors both large and small. They were able to come replace it quicker than anyone else. They came to my office during the day, so I didn't have to lose any time in my day. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish.

If you need a car see Scott Yockstick. Patient, knowledgeable, helpful. Knows his inventory. Knows his product vehicles. Listened to what I needed & what would be nice. Helped discuss options both + & - . Offered a fair price & we were finished. Who could ask for more?

They seemed to do a good job. I wanted a new tailgate but they refinished a used one to replace mine - supposedly because of the insurance company guidelines. They did what they said they would do but didn't do anything extra (such as take some tar off or touch up some nicks). They finished a several days beyond the promise date - partly because their internal quality control found some areas that had to be reworked.

My car actually ended up braking down right at a drive thru window. Long story short the battery in my key fob died and what I did was when I pulled up there I turned my car off and with the dead battery it was telling my car that I didn't have the key and it kind of locked up. I never got a pre-message from the car it just happened. I called AAA and they said it would be an hour, I ended up calling the?McDonald's?Hyundai which was a few doors down and one of their service people and mechanics walked down and ?there was ?a little flip they could pop up a piece of metal and changed the car into gear. We then moved it into a parking spot. Then the service lady was thinking maybe it was the key fob because everything else looked okay. She went back put a battery in my fob came back and it started with back up. She wouldn't even let me pay for the battery. I have never been to that dealership, I didn't buy my car there and never had service there. It was extraordinary service.? I have since gone back for service all because of this experience.

This was one of those too-rare interactions where somebody you hire to provide a service does exactly what is expected when it's expected without any problems. He was responsive, offered a price better than other companies offered, and did good work. We'd absolutely use Auto Glass Direct again.
