Appliance Repair reviews in Centennial

They were able to get us scheduled for the next day, and had the part ready when they arrived. They called in advance to let me know when they would arrive, and made sure I was comfortable with the price estimate, which was the same as the amount of the final payment. Professional and responsive, will be using again.

Reuben and Mike did a great job. The price I was quoted up front was the entire price; no extra fees or hidden charges. They sold me a replacement unit which was the right size for my needs and didn't try to up-sell me. Trust is a rare commodity, and they earned mine. I will definitely use Pipe It Up for my future plumbing needs.

This company provided great service from my phone call to hire them to getting the door repaired. Josh did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and the reason for doing it. The door works perfectly now. I will definitely hire them again for appliance repair and will recommend them to my friends.

I was very satisfied with L&G. I had a dishwasher that was making noise. The repairman showed up within the window (and called first). He had anticipated the problem and brought the replacement pump. Repair was complete in less than an hour and the dishwasher is working good as new.

Horrible company!!! The serviceman missed his 4 hour window, and showed up 1.5 hours after that. I payed for half of the total fee up front. The day my fridge was supposed to be fixed. The wrong part came in. I cancelled the order. Crestone tried to charge me a 15% restock fee on a part that didnt come in, and still charged me a service call when their person was 1.5 hours late after missing a 4 hour window. I have been waiting two months for a refund and have not gotten one. I talked to the owner who told me he would mail me a check. I have not received. No one from the company will return my phone calls. This is a very poor company!!! Do not use!!

Excellent. Friendly, There's a reason they have such high ratings. I was stunned to read one unhappy review to see they were insanely generous. I thought the price was very reasonable. Overall, could not have gone better. We did remove everything from the machine without being told to before he arrived just in case and it did help as he worked both at the bottom on the back and inside the fridge area. We also pulled it out to make that quicker. Was helpful in saying which brands he repairs the least (GE, Frigidaire, Kitchen Aid (a Maytag brand; I don't trust the latter)). Most repairs they've done are Samsung and LG. You would do yourself well to go with L & G as they surpass the 80/20 rule (you could be the 20 (10) if unkind/unreasonable). It is a family business. The repair guy sent here has been working in the company for 30 years.

I have been going through a house renovation, and moved a large second hand wolf range into my kitchen. The range was acting strangely, and I called American based on the sub-zero recommendations. Their tech's showed up on time, were CRAZY professional, took extra care with my range/home/surroundings, and made sure to actually fix the problem. They actually diagnosed another issue with the stove (that my electrician and plumber both were scratching their heads about!) and were able to schedule a time to come back and fix that as well. While it was not a super expensive fix, I felt taken care of, and at the end of the day, The situation got resolved in a timely and great manor. I judge service based on the quality of the technicians, and the resolution of the problem: both of which I was really impressed with. These guys will have my business again!

When I decided to replace 4 kitchen appliances, I had no idea how difficult it would be. Finding products that would fit without major modifications to my cabinets or counters was a challenge. GE proved to be the products that fit best, but I called On Point to install them because they said they specialized in fit. They did a great job and didn't have to make any cuts to cabinets or counters with the exception to the brace mentioned above. I am very happy John was able to work this out. I really did not have to buy a different dishwasher. The same day service was an added bonus. On Point is my go to appliance service company from now on.

Mario came down as scheduled and investigated the issue and diagnosed the compressor was failing. He advised us to try and claim warranty with GE but otherwise look at a new refrigerator. He could have replaced the compressor for $800. but since that was over half way to a new unit he recommended buying something new. While the sting of losing my investment in a 2 year old refrigerator hurts I am very thankful that there are still honest repairmen out there that can shoot straight with you even if it isn't in there own economic interest. He will be my go to recommendation for anyone who is looking for appliance repairs or even advice.

After a lengthy inspection of the refrigerator, the repairman, Kimball, told me I needed a new condenser. I was appalled by the cost and didn't want to do it, but I had a lot of food in the freezer portion and he convinced me to do it. When he was done he got me to initial an invoice on a tablet and said he would be mail me a copy of the invoice for my records. After two weeks I hadn't received a copy of the invoice and I called the company. The customer service rep' said she would remind Kimball. After another week I still hadn't received an invoice and called again. Same response. I had to call one more time and asked for a manager before Kimball finally sent me an invoice. It's been less than a year since in the new transformer was put in and it is now making loud, reverberating noises when it comes on - very annoying.
