    They came and just look at it.They said it takes 3 days for the parts to came, the parts are in Denver. They took my money and did not gave me a receipt. I was really frustrated.So here I am, all I want is a receipt. So now, I'm suing them. They are not a certified technician. And they still never fix it, I had to ask other company and they brought me a new dryer, I had them to look at the old dryer and they never replaced the parts. I hate them! they can't even speak English. I went to the office and they're not giving me a receipt so I'm taking them to court in October.

    We sent out for a quote on Angie's list on Sunday and received a call that night to schedule for next day between 8 and noon. We received a call prior to arrival within that window and a quick diagnosis. Our part needed to be ordered and once received we for a call to come within a two hour window the next day. Flint explained the situation in detail, gave options and his quote matched the bill to the penny. We are very happy with the work and will be using this team for our future needs.

    We had diagnosis done, so provided model number and part number and said don't show up without the part. Sadly, showed up without the part, said the diagnosis fee wouldn't be credited because it wasn't a single trip, quoted me a price to fix the next day, then raised it $100 the following morning. Should have stopped the process when they called 45 minutes outside the 4 hour window and said the tech was 45 minutes away.

However, once the problem was evaluated, John's team worked efficiently and promptly during the holiday weekend. All in all, we would likely use again.

    Extremely well. First claim had a company assigned in 1 hour. Appointment was made for the following day, and issue promptly fixed. Second claim had a company assigned 25 mins later. Same day appointment was made and waser was determined none-fixable. 2 hours later, Choice approved a new washer via email. Amount was enough to cover the new one I ordered (check gets received within 3 weeks). After having absolutely terrible experiences with Select Home Warranty, I was absolutely floored at the difference in quality and professionalism. Night and day comparison.

    I called on a Saturday and was able to schedule for Monday. Honest service without extra charge for unnecessary parts, even after I had misdiagnosed the problem. Was forthcoming on the initial call about the fact that I would probably need additional parts. He also pointed out the various parts of the dryer and explained in depth each parts role in the problem. Would definitely hire again.

The door works perfectly now. I will definitely hire them again for appliance repair and will recommend them to my friends.

    I was very satisfied with L&G. I had a dishwasher that was making noise. The repairman showed up within the window (and called first). He had anticipated the problem and brought the replacement pump. Repair was complete in less than an hour and the dishwasher is working good as new.

    Horrible company!!! The serviceman missed his 4 hour window, and showed up 1.5 hours after that. I payed for half of the total fee up front. The day my fridge was supposed to be fixed. The wrong part came in. I cancelled the order. Crestone tried to charge me a 15% restock fee on a part that didn���t come in, and still charged me a service call when their person was 1.5 hours late after missing a 4 hour window. I have been waiting two months for a refund and have not gotten one. I talked to the owner who told me he would mail me a check. I have not received. No one from the company will return my phone calls. This is a very poor company!!! Do not use!!
