    Excellent! Scheduling is extremely easy with their online scheduling program and the instructors were fantastic. She had a lot of fun and really enjoyed her time spent with them. Great group of people for sure and very educational. All paperwork is submitted promptly with no delays. Well worth the money.

    THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOVERS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! I was told when I moved out of my old house that the first month of storage was included in the move out charges. After they moved me into my home 5 months later they said I was never told that. LIE! I don't make stuff up, I know what the person handling the paperwork told me when he was at the house on move out day. They attempted to double bill me for a month of storage, billing me twice in the same month only days apart, and when I disputed the charges with American Express FISCHER threatened me. They did not do an inventory of the items they were taking or the number of boxes like the better moving companies and did not return multiple items/boxes to me despite my requests to find them, since they were in their storage facility, after all. Im glad I kept all my precious, delicate and personal items with me and did not give them to Fischer to store. I may not have gotten my most sentimental items back if I had. They damaged my new living room furniture, placing deep gouges in my new coffee table and big black handprints on my also new off white love seat. They destroyed my Dyson Animal Vacuum Cleaner which was not only scraped everywhere but did not work properly, it was only a couple of years old and only used by myself. When I went to use my BBQ after being in my home for a couple of weeks I found the LP tanks were missing. FISCHER DENIES ANY RESPONSIBILITY . When they deliver your furniture they make you sign something that says you will report anything that was wrong within 48 hours. I am a 64 year old woman who moved a 3300 square foot home without help unpacking. Because I am alone and most of my things were new or near new because no one used them but myself, I was certain of their condition when they were taken by Fischer. It took me weeks to unpack all alone and therefore find some of the problems and they were not only unwilling to assume responsibility but threatened to take me to court for disputing the double charges for the storage. ON TOP OF ALL THIS THEY ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE GAME IN TOWN. When I chose them I was told that the reason they were a bit more expensive was because they were the only moving company in the area with the credentials they had. DON'T BELIEVE IT. I have moved cross country with national moving companies without any incident at all. They provided a full inventory including the number of boxes and unboxed items and the condition of all furniture with notations of specific flaws such as scratches, dents and dings. Im sure the others who have used this company and given them great reviews could have possibly had a good experience or were friends of the company. I would be very wary of using this company and would highly recommend you seek moving help from another. BUYER BEWARE!

    Woody came to and quot;just put the table togetherand quot;. After about 10 min Woody said that the rubber in the rails was shot. He also was surprised that it was Made In China as my table was a high quality. Woody not only put the slate on, leveled and mastered the table but replaced the felt and the rubber in the rails. He also placed rubber on the feet so it would not slide. He then showed me how to clean the felt and recommended I get and quot; a real set of ballsand quot; as the ones I received with the table were cheap plastic. He also told us about inserts that make it a table table to use for buffet or party trays.He was professional and even called to ask if I would go pick up the glue as he was stuck in traffic and did not want to waste time to start the job by stopping. He told me exactly what glue to get and then deducted the cost from the total.If you have a pool table or are thinking about getting one call this guy. He won't steer you wrong.

    They did not have any free boxes 2 times I called. Had no issues moving from house to Christian Brothers storage, Took about 2.5 hours to load up the 2 trucks. Then it took about 6.5 hours to drive back and unload. I was never told or received confirmation if they were paid during the lunch and dinner but paid ~$1800.

    Paid $245 to store per month for 5 months.

    Paid ~$2100 to move from storage into the house. The couch had some sort of bug eggs on it, so they took it back to be cleaned. They did not bring some of the bed rails, so concerned if I received all my stuff. About 1 week later received couch and bed rails.

    Back of dresser was broken and many boxes were damaged as they fell during transport or when in storage. I had over 9 boxes with many dead flies and eggs, not sure how they even got in the boxes and spent much time cleaning everything coming out of boxes because of bugs. I would try someone else.

    Excellent. After discussing the problem that I was having with my plasma TV Jack provided labor and parts estimates along with a 1 hour appointment window. He showed up within the window and went right to work. He replaced a couple blown capacitors on the power supply and then tested the other capacitors that weren?t obviously bad. He also inspected the entire power supply circuit board and re-soldered some joints. Very thorough. The TV is now working fine. The final price was just as he had estimated (and was lower than other estimates that I had received). I would definitely use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

    Nick is experienced and knowledgeable and an excellent problem solver.  This was a very complex system which he was able to make simple in operation.  He was always on time and professional and continued the 3 weeks of work without interruption to completion.

    Jack was great. Promptly returned my initial call even though he was traveling. Came out to the house the next day, helped me take the TV off the wall and then accurately diagnosed the problem. A new part was required...he ordered it and came back the day after he received the new part. He replaced the part and even added some additional insulation in an effort to protect the TV against further issues. He helped me put the TV back on the wall and verified that it was working properly.

    All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the service ARA provided and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Went very well. Gave me a max estimate when I brought it in, which he did not exceed,, fully discussing his likely course of action. Turn-around time was reasonable - a few weeks, which for a clock of this kind (which requires a test period after work is done) was reasonable, and within the amount of time he estimated.It's easy to see that the proprietor really knows, and enjoys, his work - when picking up the clock I was given a mini-course in that particular aspect of clock maintenance and repair! About two weeks after bringing the clock home it keeps much better time.

    My Sony TV had gone and quot;blackand quot;. Other repairmen had told me to and quot;just replace itand quot; ($1500-$2700) - or like some had tried to do - charge me $300 in diagnostics, home pick up, etc. - all of which were unnecessary. I found Jack on Angie's list, he called me back promptly and left a message, asking for the model number. I called him back the next day with the model number, and with a real time conversation, and trying a few things, I was able to fix my TV. (a simple power cycle did the trick; plug and unplug. Doh! It's an LCD! I supposed I should have known to try this!). But for Jack's time and assistance, I sent him a check anyway (even though he didn't want any money!). He did save me his usual $125 house call fee (he could have come, collected the fee, and done the power cycle himself - unplug power, plug in again, and made 125 bucks). But he didn't. He helped me do it myself. So I sent him a check and a and quot;thank youand quot;!His integrity, expertise, customer service, professionalism, honesty - all excellent. I highly recommend Jack and ARA Technologies if you have a TV repair issue!

    Talked to service on Thursday. They said they'd call on Friday. They called on Friday only to say they could not come on Friday, but that they would call the same time on Saturday, and that they could definitely come on Saturday. They did not call, or come out, on Saturday. Needless to say I waited Friday, and Saturday morning - no call on Sat, and no show. I called and left a message Saturday morning. No call back. No call. No show No service. Don't use guys, unless you really want to wait around a few days, or it's bad weather and they are not all out golfing or goofing off.
