AParamount Remodeling Company IncAfter meeting with Paramount (Levi) we were encouraged by their process and many years of experience. As we went through the project, the scope grew and Paramount was very accommodating to both budget and time constraints working with us on a growing project. They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. Only one interior wall stayed. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result and truly have a totally transformed home.- Joe L.

AI had a solid and positive experience with Mike and his team. We converted an unfinished garage space into a bedroom with hardwood floors. Communication with Mike was good and work was done with completeness and on budget. There were a couple of items that I would have rather not had to address myself, but they were minor and taken care of once identified. The end product is solid, and we've begun work on a second job that will involve concrete, tile, and plumbing work. Fully recommend.

AWe bought a house and had a long list of projects, large and small, that we wanted to get done before we moved in. Mario and his team did an absolutely amazing job with all of it. On the small end they replaced a mailbox for us, on the larger end they repainted the interior of the house (doing a stellar job) and took an unfinished space in the basement and turned it into a stunning finished workshop. They updated the home office with new paint and new flooring, redid the master bathroom, and much much more! He and his team were always professional, hardworking, and accommodating. They got things done on schedule and on budget and were always a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done, and the price was very fair. We will definitely be using Villarreal Contracting for all of our future projects!!

I wanted to move forward with the refinish and called to discuss details but never received a call back after leaving messages. I was very disappointed because I wanted the tub refinished. AWe chose Kona contractors after getting very poor responses from other contractors we contacted for our project. At first Kona was not interested in doing the project, as Ryan (Kona owner) thought the architectural plans we had done were completely over engineered. When I asked him how he would do it, he presented a much simpler, but totally acceptable approach that sealed the deal for me. We had a bit of a rough start to the project due so some miscommunication, but Ryan stepped in and from that point on, the project went like clockwork. The crews were reliable, friendly and professional. The whole project was very collaborative, with the crew leads consulting me with decisions and needed modifications to plans. Having construction experience in my past, Kona was very open to having me do some of the project tasks as well such as trim installation, painting, final landscaping, and drywall repair to keep costs down. Overall, we are very pleased with the way Kona helped us achieve our vision for this project that has transformed the look of our house. I would highly recommend Kona for any project that requires attention to detail and quality workmanship.
