He gave a referral for a tree trimmer for branches that had to be trimmed in order for the trucks to fit in the driveway. He really went above and beyond. My roof needed replacing, and as usual, my insurance denied payment for my roof. Thank goodness Rex and his team were amazing advocates for me against my insurance company. Not only did my roof get replaced, I got new gutters, siding, painting and a few new screens. I only had to pay my deductible. I’m about ready to put my house on the market within the next year and had I not had my roof replaced, I’d be paying around $35,000 out of pocket for a new roof. AMy house had worn out plastic gutters probably put up by a previous homeowner. To keep price down, I spent 3 days tearing down old gutters, repairing rotten wood, and installing and painting new fascia board. I also did two deck cuts for new downspouts. The installer, a subcontractor to the company I hired arrived on time. A single Hispanic gentleman singlehandedly put up new aluminum gutters, downspouts, and extensions in just 2 hours. True, I had done all the prep work, but it was impressive to watch a professional do his job. It would have taken me all day to do it and I would have needed help. And it wouldn’t have turned out as well. I was pleased and happy with the finished product.

AWe had used Stellar Painting when we first moved in, as the high walls were intimidating (I hate ladders). We had new flooring installed, and with the furniture already moved, decided it was a good time to paint the walls and ceiling. The estimate was fast and accurate, and the crew was able to start a couple of days early. They protected the floors and stairs going down, and all the surfaces and furniture in the rooms. It took two days to complete the job, and there wasn't a speck of wayward paint anywhere. We are very pleased with the results! The people are very friendly, easy to work with, and we will surely use them come time for the exterior.

FHorrible! His crew came while we were at work, and when we got home we were appalled at all the damage done to our fascia. Tom O’conner came to the house and saw all the damage. He said he would replace it, but we have never heard from him since. He won’t return our calls or text. He is a con man. Good thing, our neighbors witnessed the work and almost texted us, due to what they were seeing. They will make excellent witnesses for us in court. Tom O’conner I hope you feel good and our proud of how you treated a customer. You took our money, destroyed or fascia and walked away! But remember, some people may hold you accountable like us, and your going to have to pay for the damage.

He even told us that we didn't need some of the work we thought we did, and saw other things that needed to be added -- at a price that was LESS than our original estimate!!
