He was not like most salesman that follow you around and try to pressure you into the most expensive piece, but rather he let us just look around until we found the ones we liked best.     I would have given them an 'A' for everything, except there was supposed to be a rebate available and we were under the impression it was supposed to be from Lowes. The sales person at Lowes made it sound like we would qualify for a rebate and we didn't. The price was fair and delivery was great.

    I highly recommend these movers! They moved a piano with just a few hours notice(on Valentine's Day!) had extremely fair pricing, and are very skilled at what they do! They were very careful in disassembling the piano so it wouldn't be damaged in the move (they took the legs off so they wouldn't snap), then they wrapped everything up so nothing was damaged (and then expertly reassembled everything at my house, of course). They also navigated some pretty tricky terrain, including ice and gravel. They had all the necessary equipment to do the job carefully and efficiently, it's clear they do this quite a bit! I'll definitely use them again next time!

    The work was fine.  The coupon was very deceiving.  It was $50 for $100 of work, but the fine print was $400 minimum.  I will never use an Angies Deal again.  I've used two Angies deals, and they have both been rip - offs!

    1. The comfort, quality, support and durability of Serta's Perfect Sleeper Radiant is below expectation.  The mattress showed signs for lack of support, firmness and comfort shortly on one side of the mattress after the 3rd year of use.  On the 4th year, I have experienced nothing but back and neck aches.  
    2. The manufacturers warranty seems worthless, a rating of 1 is far too generous at this time.  The mattress does not show the 1-1/2+ in  imprint for the manufacturer to consider the mattress defective, and repair it under warranty despite the noticeable lack of support and comfort on that side.  
    3. Serta's Customer Support level of service: polite, professional, good listening skills, and good note takers.  Despite my explicit request to By Pass Mattress King and the reasons why (see below), I was informed they will pass the information to the store and I should be contacted by a store representative within 10 days.... words can't express my excitement in anticipation of the chevy dealer 5 miles from home will decline to work on my new chevy and tells me to go to the chevy dealer 30 miles away because the dealer is within 90 miles from my home.  
    4. So you are wondering why by-pass Mattress King... here's why.  I went in person to discuss the issue with the store manager. the Managers' level of support is limited to "We will send your warranty claim to the manufacturer.  You will hear from the manufacturer with their decision".  When asked what are they going to do since the mattress does not show the signs described in the warranty yet it is very obvious to myself and others the mattress is defective, their response was the same " we will submit the warranty claim to the manufacturer." So I asked for the manufacturer's contact information, which they were unwilling to provide. NOT even Serta's customer support general number.  After several failed attempts to get some questions answered or contact numbers to get my questions answered, I asked for their manager's phone number. Instead i got a clear and abusive "get the f#$% out of our store {silent} or".  So, silly me, I asked "or what",  At this point I'm told" GET THE F#$% or I"LL CALL THE COPS".  
    5. Serta's retailer selection: extremely poor... I'm sorry but no one should ever be treated with disrespect and abus.  Serta is droping the ball by insisting the issue get initiated and resolved through the retailer even though they are aware of what happens.

    We had bought a semi custom built leather couch, and a  very large  overstuffed chair with ottoman 18 years ago.  The frames of hard maple were as good as the day we bought them but the leather was well worn, cracked and faded.  Started to look  around at replacements and discovered that a replacement built to the same quality would be an easy 10K.  Wife found Leatherman listed on  Angie's List so we  gave them a  call.  Dennis arrived  on schedule and told us he would get the leather looking better then new and went over what he would do and why.  He was very  professional and we could tell he took great pride  in his work. Spent about 40 minutes talking to us with no sales hard sell.  When time to  talk  about pricing he mentioned if he could take all the cushions to his shop  to work on and do the frames in house he could give us a better deal.  While the price wasn't cheap as a matter of fact I could have bought a new cheaply made sofa and chair for what he charged it would not have  been near the quality of what we had and  as I stated above I didn't have 10K to invest in high quality replacements.  Dennis took the cushions said it would take about a  week  and sure  enough 6 days later he was back to finish the frames.  Result everything looks brand new, took a couple of days to get the soft leather feel  back  but we are more then pleased  and highly recommend   Leatherman.  Looking forward to keeping the sofa and chair for another 15 years so well worth the investment.   If I can figure how to provide before/after pictures I will.
