AChampion Windows and Home Exteriors of DenverJust met with Alex from Champion. So far, really impressed with him. He was polite enough to wear a mask, and practiced social distancing. This was a huge issue with the last company we worked with a few months ago. He was easy to connect with and was up front about the timeline. I also appreciate his communication. Communication is key for me. He did run a few minutes late, but was professional about it. He called ahead of time to let me know. AParamount Remodeling Company IncAfter meeting with Paramount (Levi) we were encouraged by their process and many years of experience. As we went through the project, the scope grew and Paramount was very accommodating to both budget and time constraints working with us on a growing project. They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. Only one interior wall stayed. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result and truly have a totally transformed home.- Joe L.

AParamount Remodeling Company IncDespite Covid Paramount did an amazing job! We couldn’t be happier! The work teams were diligent and worked **** ** our project deadlines. Workers were thoughtful and courteous, and used masks while in on our premises. We enjoyed working with them and love the new basement. Communication was good and we loved the online Co-Construct App so we could communicate quickly and get updates So beautiful—grandkids tested and approved! AKoalaty Siding RepairKoality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range.- Joel S.

AZen Windows DenverI would recommend Zen windows in a heartbeat. I only needed two windows replaced in my apartment, which most companies will not want to do because it is too small a job. I spoke with Andersen windows and they quoted me over $5000.00! They were great windows, but still... So, I looked for other options and found Zen windows. I liked their approach and philosophy. There was absolutely no pressure. The price they quoted me was what I paid: $2300.00. That included new windowsills. The windows I chose were not the same quality as the Andersen windows, but they are still great for what I need. I was not there for the installation, but my husband really liked the installer. Everything was done in a couple of hours and looked great when I got home. From my angle: great value for your money.- maud S.

AOtto's Remodeling and Tenant FinishProject went exceptionally well and finished on time. Jeff has completed several projects for me over the years. His quotes, including time and materials and costs, are well researched so there are no surprises. His work is exacting and his tile work is beautiful. He is creative and offers suggestions to improve the design when appropriate. Since I live a good distance from Otto's business, I compile a list of projects for him to do at one time making the costs worthwhile for both of us. And lest I forget, Jeff is trustworthy!- Linda C.

AExtra Time Handyman and RadonIn the beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth. Then, God was tired and had a bunch of other crap to do He had put off for far too long. So, he did Himself a favor and hired Gary at Extra Time Handyman. Gary has helped us with a spectrum of issues that would have taken several different vendors to complete — and even then with questionable results. We had a small amount of water damaged drywall in our finished basement but not quite enough to warrant a bigger company to repair, but enough to look bad. He replaced the drywall and the trim. Then prepared the surfaces for painting. It looks way, way better. He also put in a lovely backsplash in our kitchen. Gary is responsive. His pricing is fair. His work is fabulous, and we trust him. He also has a sense of humor. We will continue working with him for the foreseeable future and you should too.- Chris P.

In addition to the exceptional work of door installations, they handled purchasing the materials, scheduling delivery and hauled away the old doors and trim. AAll the work went well. Paulo was very professional and responsive. We had a few delays that were out of his hands - mostly due to suppliers who were behind schedule. Nothing major, but Paulo communicated about all of these in a timely fashion. We replaced all of our vinyl siding with James Hardie board. Also replaced several exterior windows. Paulo also replaced all of our old gutters. Everything was painted to order including old soffets and fascia. Someone touched up the drywall texturing around the new windows and then painted everything to match. The work was done efficiently. They paid attention to detail and fabricated nice trims around outlets and utility vents. My only gripe would be that they didn't leave the roof clean, and after the first rain, I found a lot of debris and nails that had blown down into the yard and driveway. Everybody on his crew was friendly and respectful. There was always at least one person on site who spoke perfect English.

ANew Windows installed windows and a patio door for us about 10 yrs. ago and we have been very pleased with their quality. We have never had to call them for any repair work until a few days ago when something got stuck under the patio door that made a rather annoying crunching sound whenever it was opened. Garrett came out today and spent well over an hour cleaning the track and under the door and didn't leave until the entire unit was in perfect condition. He was very personable and highly professional. Needless to say, my wife and I are extremely pleased both with him and the company he works for, so much so that we have recommended New Windows to a local friend and our daughter in Cincinnati, both of whom are looking to install new windows in their homes. It's nice to know that New Windows stands by their product/warranty even 10 yrs. after installation!

ALuis stop by to give me an estimate and he told me point-blank that he would be able to install the 2 exterior doors as soon as the next morning....we meet up at a local hardware store so I can purchase the 2 exterior doors and the next morning he got the 2 Exterior doors installed for me the 2 doors looks very beautiful by the way and I would hire him again... AWhat a pleasure to find this company. We had replaced an exterior door but the door installer had not been able to properly place the deadbolt. I called Alexius and was scheduled for a service call the next day. Martin Molina confirmed our appointment beforehand and arrived on time. He was professional and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem—the deadbolt was too small for the opening in the door. The hardware was replaced, carefully aligned, and tested. In addition, Martin checked and fixed another lock set that was sticking, and took our old hardware to be recycled. Highly recommend.

ATrevino did an amazing job building up the wall so that it met with the ceiling. You couldn't even tell where the wall stopped when he was done with it. He even cleaned up the mess after he was done with the job. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with the job. We will definitely hire him again for other projects in the future.
