    Overall assessment: Satisfactory - a few attention to detail items (pun intended) and this company will have my service in the future. There is a huge plus to be noted that this company is based on Lakewood and actually is willing to service the Castle Rock area. Castle Rock is in some serious growing stages, but doesn't have all the amenities that the Denver metro area does.
    Of all the elements of work that was done, I am most impressed with how well the interior carpets, exterior clean/shine, and the wheels turned out. I don't even know if the wheels looked that good when I bought the car! Service tech went so far as to make his best efforts to remove a paint scuff on the passenger side, front wheel well, that was there from a minor incident. He managed to get 98% of the paint that didn't belong off of there. This was a pleasant surprise to have him go that extra distance without even being asked.

    There were a few minor issues:
    "Forgot about appointment" - however, rather than reschedule, they came all the way to Castle Rock to perform service

    "Wasn't aware that service was platinum package" - the engine was not done until time for inspection and my provision of the copy of the Angie's List special - to his credit, though, there weren't any complaints, or excuses for not enough time, he did the work described in the special.

    As I checked the interior, there were a couple of areas that had not gotten the white glove treatment. During my check, I had to ask to have the area just above the steering wheel vacuumed out after lowering the steering wheel to check for dusting/cleaning. I also found a couple areas where remnants of cleaning agents (likely leather cleaning product) had not been fully wiped off. Those wiped away quickly, however.

    After some trouble connecting to schedule the appointment, Sem's arrived on time and did a great job on the detailing. They brought all their own equipment and supplies (including water) and took care of both vehicles, inside and out. The vehicles were inundated with dog hair, and when the team was done, I didn't see a single hair in either vehicle. Very nice job!

    I would absolutely use them again. They are very punctual. They do a good job. They come right to your house. You don't even have to go down and drop off your car for an hour or two. That's probably the best part of it all, it's convenience.

    Ordered the special that Matt had on Angies List.  We had some cold weather so it wasn't the most pleasant conditions for him, but he did the full detail.  He carries his own water but used my electric.  Not a big deal, but just know that.  I have a four door SUV, and he cleaned it thoroghly inside and out.  Hasn't looked that good in seven years.  Took him a few hours and he really did an excellent job.  Would recommend.

    I explained to the  Asst Store Manager, Ronnie Chung, that the installation fee seemed extremely high.  He said he would upgrade my Kenwood Stereo to the latest firmware and install a year old version of the maps program.  He said if I wanted the latest version it would cost money.  He then asked if I purchased the Kenwood Stereo and I said no, he said that was ok, they would still install the latest release if I paid full price for the installation services.  Car Toys tried installing the firmware but had problems, Ronnie explained to me he needed to contact Kenwood to find out what the problem was and would get back to me in a few days.  3 weeks later I called Ronnie to find out what he had heard and he said Kenwood didn't get back to him and he forgot to follow up.  Finally he got in touch with Kenwood and they said the unit was upgradeable, Ronnie asked me if I could meet him to complete the work he said he would do and also get rid of the whinning noise I was now getting after their installation.  Unfortunately Ronnie did not come into work at the time scheduled time.  I was then greeted by the installation manager who said they would not upgrade the unit to the latest release without me paying an additional $80 and the maps program was no longer free.  I told him Ronnie promised this if I would be full price, he said Ronnie would have never said that and was not authorized to do so.  I asked him to get Ronnie on the phone so I could clarify the promise, Ronnie did apparently get on the phone with the installation manager and apparently told the manager he did not tell me this.  In additional the installation manager said why would they ever promise to upgrade a stereo that wasn't purchased from Car Toys, I explained the situation and he pretty much said they wouldn't do this for free.  At this point I was extremely disappointed with Car Toys and left.  Now one of my speakers is shorting out, I had someone look into the situation and found out the amp was never installed properly and was hanging by the wires which were now shorting out due to the fact the installation department did not properly install.  Apparently the Installation Manager has no quality control.
    Moral of the story - get everything in writing and DO NOT TRUST CAR TOYS - PARK MEADOWS MANAGEMENT TEAM

    Kerwin's team showed up promptly as promised and just swarmed over my vehicle.  They worked fast and made sure every inch of it was clean.  I would surely use them again, especially since they're able to travel to my home and have it done there.  Mahalo, bruddah!

    I dropped off my car and took a ride on my bike.  After the agreed upon time, I received a phone call that my car was ready.  The timing was perfect as I was just about three minutes away by bike.  My car looked almost new.  Everything was clean and shining.  The windows were spotless.  The work was done very well and on time.

    The guys who came out were punctual, professional, and did a good job.  The problem was scheduling the service and getting the owner to get back to me.  It was over half a year between when I purchased the coupon and the service was finally performed.  There was no attempt to schedule the work at a time that was desired by the customer.  Appointments were generally set 6-8 weeks from the time I called.  The first one was cancelled as it was in the winter and only expected to get up to 50 degrees that day.  After setting the second appointment more than a month earlier I did not get a phone call until the morning of the service.

    The Detail King was very responsive to my initial inquiry.  I had the the reservation set within 24 hrs of my initial email.  The reservation had all the information I needed to know and set expectations.  The actual location is little off the beaten path with no signs on the building (but they also cover this in the confirmed reservation email).   The owner was very friendly and offered a ride if I didn't plan on waiting in the lobby.  I just dropped off my vehicle and picked it up at the end of the day. The actual interior detail service was outstanding.  My 7 yr old vehicle looked brand new. I plan on bringing my second vehicle for detailing.
