AGarrhs Heating and Air ConditioningGarrhs was great to work with. The guy (Tim) came by to look at the unit that day ( a friday) and we had someone out the following Monday to get the unit replaced after it quit working. The crew that came out was polite and kept the area clean which is more than most construction companies I've hired have done. They took the time to show us the filter and explain how to change it ourselves and when, to limit needing a service call for just that. Garrhs was reasonable and very helpful in getting my furnace back up and running ASAP. They even gave us several space heaters to get through the weekend until they could come and replace them. If I move again Garrhs is who I'm calling for HVAC help, no question.- Jenna S.

APBS Heating & AirI called PBS Heating & Air to come look at our furnace to see if it should be replaced. It is 18 years old. Gordon arrived on time and spent over an hour with me explaining how everything works and that I did not need to replace the furnace. I was impressed with his knowledge and the fact he did not try to sell me something I did not need. I will definitely call PBS Heating & Air in the future for service. APBS Heating & AirThe thermostat replacement went very well and quickly.I need an emergency thermostat replacement due to improper work done by a different local contractor PBS heating and Air responded to me very quickly and on short notice. Our home is 122 years old and It is my 80 year old disabled and house bound mother and myself 60 years old with MS. I have major body temp sensitivity and need this done asap.Gordon McIver The GM, came to our home with the needed device and had it installed within minutes. He was very professional, friendly and very courteous.He practiced proper social distancing and wore a mask for our safety. We greatly appreciated that.We highly recommend Him and PBS. FChoice Home WarrantyPoorly, maybe badly! They sent a stove repairman(they can repair or replace) and after 3 trips and 4 weeks, CHW bought a new stove. Some outlets were not working and they were repaired quite nicely. The furnace went out in September(in Colorado) and after a long hard conflict, it was purchased but NOT installed in late October. I had to pay for that. August 2020 - fridge went out. Had to find my own repairman and his diagnosis was it was not repairable. After SEVEN weeks I received a partial fund towards a $850 fridge. Today, 12/1/2020, I(not CHW) found an electrician who drove 60 miles and then was unable to get through to CHW, repaired my receptacles, and I paid him since I was on the "find your own help and CHW will reimburse you plan'. Because he was unable to get through to CHW and he couldn't just hang around, now I am refused any reimbursement by CHW. Hey 'rules are rules'. I can NOT strongly enough warn anyone from dealing with CHOICE HOME WARRANTY. STAY AWAY!!- Edward B.

ACarlos from Skyline Mechanical was awesome. He showed us before and after pictures of our ducts- what a difference!!! He was punctual and very friendly. He was conscious of the fact we have a two year old running around and was very cautious with stairs to our basement, and other potential hazards. We will definitely hire them again!

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
