AColorado Custom Blinds, Shades & ShuttersWe had done a full remodel of an older home near Lake George. The last step was to get all new blinds for the windows. Malia came to meet us and went through all of her design books with us. She was on time (rare in the mountains!), professional and efficient. We were able to pick various types and colors of blinds for different rooms. It took about a month for the blinds to come in. Her installers were quick and professional and did a nice job of getting everything installed and showing us how the various types of blinds work. I'm sure we'll use her for any future blind work we have.- Robert S.

AMini Shading SolutionsNick, the owner of the company, came to our house at the appointed time, just 2 days after we had called for the appointment. He was able to replace the broken part from the inventory in his equipment van even though it has not been used on new shades for some years. He was very friendly, informative, and careful with the work and charged considerably less than what we had previously paid to have these shades repaired by taking them to a local dealer and then having to wait for about 2 weeks while they were sent out of the area for the repairs.- Carl S.

There is an emphasis on doing a project correctly, even if it means splitting the project in stages. Time is never an issue, so you never feel rushed to make a decision. The quality of the wooden blinds, shades and blackout shades is excellent and I have received many compliments on them from my guests. I got to choose from a very large selection of options, which can be overwhelming, but Gotcha Covered patiently helped me thru my ignorance and decisions, and made the ordering process very easy. The colors, style and quality were even better than what I was expecting - every shade/blind was a unique size and they all fit each window perfectly. Each shade/blind was carefully packaged and labeled for each specific window which made sorting them out a snap. I installed all of them myself and was surprised at how easy they were to put up. Not only are their shades competitively priced, but they were ready and delivered very quickly, as promised. The mechanics of the shades and blinds have been flawless. AARKA ABODEThe owner is John Nevols. He is very nice, very good, and works very well. Last year, I needed quite a bit of big blinds done and went through the Yellow Pages. I just picked him and he was the one who answer the phone and came over and gave me a quote. This year again I put in another set. He did a pretty good job so far. He works very well. He is very, very good on everything. The price was not that expensive, but not cheap either. The quality is good. He comes when he says he is going to. He may be 15 minutes to half an hour late. He has got other jobs as well. He is quite professional. I would definitely use him in the future. I would recommend him.- Carol R.

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!

AGrant and his team did a great job. Reece and Justin were the two who did the actual install/repair/re-installation of the flooring with Grant's oversight. Grant was punctual with his timing on his estimate and the actual cost was what was agreed upon for the job. Reece and Justin did a terrific job with the actual installation and went above and beyond in many facets to make sure that the work was satisfactory based on our desires. There were a few unexpected challenges during the job and rather than take the easy way out and just try to "make it work" they took the time to do it right the first time. Justin and Reece's craftsmanship was top notch with regard to the installation of the laminate floor with good attention to detail so that the seams looked appropriate and the lines were straight. Overall we are very pleased with the work and would recommend Good Hands to all of our friends and neighbors.
