ANitro Plumbing LLCNitro has fantastic service, expertise, great pricing and are fast and reliable. Our garage was flooding and I called at least 40 plumbing companies and none of them could come out until the following week or they said we lived too far away. Nitro made it out from Evergreen to Bailey within a few hours. I sent photos of the leak, so they arrived with everything needed for the repair which took less than 15 minutes. They knew their stuff and the cost was less than the trip charge that Denver companies wanted to charge us for just showing up. I am very impressed and now have Nitro's contact info taped to the water tank in case of emergency and so should you.- Theryn R.

APrecision Plumbing and Heating, LLCRoy came in and laid out the seven shower heads (yes, it is a large shower) and installed the steam generation unit in just a couple of days. It required some work in the crawl space, too. (yikes - spiders) The recommendation (Keith's review of the job) to put in an auto flush on the steam unit was something I didn't even know existed. It will keep the water fresh each time the steam unit is used. These guys are the best. I'd invite them back to work for us again. Quality and value.- Steve M.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

If needed, we will ocassionally hire subcontractors to get the job done on schedule. If the job site distance exceeds 10 miles from the office there will be a $30 trip charge, which is due upon arrival. If hired for the project, the trip charge will be discounted on the invoice.

AFrank was prompt, efficient, and nice to talk with. He was able to schedule the appointment with me for the morning after I called him. He completed all projects very well and is clearly a skilled handyman. The bed frame in particular was a lot of work, and he did an excellent job. I was glad I contacted him, and I highly recommend him.

FThey will over charge you on hours. Guy came to replace a circulation pump on my boiler. Got charged for 2 hours. The guy was at my house for less then 1 hour. He got to my house 20 minutes late looked at my boiler, went to the parts store was gone for 30-45 minutes. Showed back up and replaced the part maybe 20 mins. The real kicker when I called I told them what was wrong and offered part numbers. Talked to the service manager to see about the additional hour got no where. He made the comment "sorry we can't carry ever part" that was real professional, well buddy when you customer offers the part number you should probably bring that part dont ya think? He also stated it was "port to port", well this plumber was heading straight to anothers clients house out past 21 road in fruita. I live off of 29 1/2 rd. So I am paying him to drive to the other clients house? The manager also stated "2 hours isn't bad for a pump replacement". Really 2 bolts and 3 wires takes 2 hours. Been using them for 5 years. Will never use again, and DO NOT recommend them!

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
