AOwsley & Sons ConcreteAfter initially contacting Nick he came out and reviewed the project. Because the north side of the house needed to completely thaw from the winter freeze the work was done in June. I drew up a rough sketch of what I wanted and the provided dimensions. We talked about the details of making the side walk wheelchair friendly and ADA compliant. Nick had a great idea on the back side of the house to slope that side almost the entire length to the back deck. This made for a very gentle slope. Before the pour, make sure you discuss where any of the extra dirt will be put when the forms are being put in. Depending on your project there can be a fair amount of work involved after the forms are removed. Dirt or gravel needs to back filled to the edge of the concrete. Communication was excellent. When I called his cell, Nick was always available. As the project got under way he provided updates. Overall the project was done on the committed date, to the agreed to cost, and it looks great. We talked over the project, Nick provided an estimate, we shook hands and it got done. I would definitely call Nick again for concrete work.- Ron K.

AWill Construction LLCJob started when promised. Demo completed the first day. Reinforcement and prep second day. Pour the third day. Looks good. I hope it holds up. Kurt Will was the only contractor I called (out of 4) that responded immediately with a cost estimate. I thought the cost was in line with what I was expecting. It ended costing me 20% more than estimated due to our original driveway being thicker than expected. Kurt was always quick to respond to questions.- Naomi A.

AFrank was prompt, efficient, and nice to talk with. He was able to schedule the appointment with me for the morning after I called him. He completed all projects very well and is clearly a skilled handyman. The bed frame in particular was a lot of work, and he did an excellent job. I was glad I contacted him, and I highly recommend him.

FI was quoted a price for 2 services: a light resurface of my concrete deck for $4100 and a stain and sealer on top of it for $2800. When the job was finished, it looked fine and paid in full for the project. A few days later it began raining and rained on and off for 4-5 days. When the deck finally dried up, it looked much worse than it had before the work was done. Duane agreed than the surface did not come out the way he expected and that it needed to be redone. Since it became too late in the season for Duane to redo the stain and sealer, I asked him to refund the $2800 I had paid for the portion of the work. He refused, saying he would come redo it in the spring. I asked him why he thought I should 1. let him use $2800 of my money over the winter and 2. trust him to return to complete the job satisfactorily. He got mad and now I'm going to take him to small claims court to get a refund for the unacceptable work he did.

M&M Construction core business is restoring properties that have been damaged by hail, wind, fire or water in markets that are most susceptible to damaging weather events. We specialize in Insurance related claims, we fight for the property owner and have an excellent history of holding insurance companies to their own rules and ensuring a FULL restoration.

FThe company M&M was suggested to us through an aquiantance. They swore on the work that these individuals did, so we called. We got an estimate of $3600.00 for the replacement of both of our roofs on the property. It was a great quote. Then however, Moses never returned phone calls and was "out of town" when we needed the quote in writing. He returned the following Tuesday and told us that he was then too busy to get our house done. This put my husband and I in a large problem. We needed the roof to buy the house.
He never went out the house to get a worthwhile estimate, he never answered phone calls and then when he finally decided to contact us, we had decided to go with another contractor.
I will not be ever using his company for any services that I may need done in, on or around my house. I would rather outsource to another state than work with his company.
If you have time to wait for him to get back to you when he wishes to, or if you wish to be swindled with attractive prices and then left in a lurch when he doesn't provide and never bothers to show up, then I would suggest working with M&M. If you want good work that is prompt, professional and to your specific needs, go to Gon Roofing.

AToo early in the process to judge. However, from three different contractors I selected Al and appreciate his responsiveness to my budget needs and his patience and input in dealing with the project planning phase. We start construction Jan 6 and expect the project to last 4-6 weeks. I'll give a final grade then

AGrant and his team did a great job. Reece and Justin were the two who did the actual install/repair/re-installation of the flooring with Grant's oversight. Grant was punctual with his timing on his estimate and the actual cost was what was agreed upon for the job. Reece and Justin did a terrific job with the actual installation and went above and beyond in many facets to make sure that the work was satisfactory based on our desires. There were a few unexpected challenges during the job and rather than take the easy way out and just try to "make it work" they took the time to do it right the first time. Justin and Reece's craftsmanship was top notch with regard to the installation of the laminate floor with good attention to detail so that the seams looked appropriate and the lines were straight. Overall we are very pleased with the work and would recommend Good Hands to all of our friends and neighbors.
