ASTEAM FRESH CARPET CAREThey have cleaned the basement carpet in my rental property. The carpet was badly stained by pet odor. Not only did they get most of it out, they called me to check if I was satisfied with the job. I check with the new renter and they weren't completely happy. He spent roughly 4.5 hrs cleaning & deodorizing & moved bedspreads & curtains away from the area treated. He loves to sink ***** tonk songs as he’s making sure every corner of the house got touched that had carpet. He was professional , courteous , loves the company he works for & takes pride in his workmanship. AMontrose Carpet CleaningFirst, Dave and Nick arrived a few minutes early, which made me very happy, as I hate waiting for people, and I'm always early for my own appointments out of courtesy, so I appreciate punctuality. So first, they came in to survey the job and measure. Then they gathered their equipment with no time wasted and began their work vacuuming all the carpet prior to shampoo/enzyme application. Since I have two heavy-shedding dogs and a lot of dust (as all houses in this semi-arid desert region do), they had to empty the vacuum canister many times (I'd estimate about 15). They then applied the enzymes, left it on for a while, and finally used the flat suction nozzle to dry it out. I was happily surprised to see they used heavy cones on all the corners in my house so as not to scuff up the paint with the hoses. They took care of all details like they were working on their own houses. I'd never seen such good work from any carpet cleaner company I've used in the past. As they neared the end of their work, they gradually removed all their tools, hoses, rags, and cones, taking them to their truck immediately. That meant that as Dave cleaned/dried the last section of carpet near the front door, he went out the front door, and everything was done. He explained to me how long to wait before putting my furniture back and advised me not to set any metal on damp carpet, as it would create a stain. Like I indicated above, my carpets were a mess after 8 years' use by me, occasional company, and 2 furry shelties. When Dave and Nick left, I felt like I'd had brand-new carpeting installed -- the brightness my sand-colored carpeting was restored to astounded me, seriously. I expected them to be clean from a healthy standpoint, but never thought they would come out so bright and fluffy-looking. I liked the vacuum Dave used, and so the next day, I bought one just like it because of how it sucked up the dirt and fur as Dave ran it around my carpet. My old one uses bags, so I could never tell what was what as I vacuumed - it's now relegated to the garage. Dave and Nick were totally professional gentlemen, unlike some workers who come into your home wasting time and commenting about your personal possessions -- I've had that happen. Not so with Dave and Nick. They were really good guys -- totally professional. They are the only carpet company I'll ever hire as long as I'm here in Montrose, Colorado. I found Dave's company through my neighbors across the street who have 4 great kids and are very neat and fussy about their house. I was pretty sure I hired the right company with such a reference, but Dave and Nick's work and service surpassed even my highest expectations.- Marianna S.
