AM&M Handyman Services, LLCIt went fantastic. "Mark, Laurel, and Co." built the room that we dreamed of. My mother had drawn up the plans. She is primarily a kitchen and bathroom designer who has interacted with many, many builders and contractors over the years. Mark is her favorite. From the first meeting, she was impressed that "he wants to build the room that you want" and she continued to be impressed by every high quality step along the way. Mark was there every day, not only to supervise, but to work alongside his employees. He and Laurel worked with us through all the details of balancing what we wanted with what we could afford. He did a particularly beautiful job of laying the tiles in an unusual pattern that we had chosen. He built an exquisite, "stick-built" ceiling instead of an ordinary truss, so that we could have the cathedral ceiling we wanted. Another detail I want to mention is that he built custom terraced stairs from a composit material that allows us not to worry about maintaining wood. The work was completed about 9 months ago and it completely opened up and improved our home. We love our room and would absolutely recommend Mark for any project.- Gretchen H.

AHigh West Siding and Windows, Inc.The project manager was good about providing me updates of the arrival of materials and the ETA for the install to take place. The provider of materials TEMO, took a long time, but that can be expected with anything sunroom related. My job was a difficult job that I think they handled with great expertise. They had to replace a badly hail damaged sunroom roof from the 90's and integrate a brand new TEMO sunroom roof. They made a recommendation of inclining the sunroom roof more to allow for better drainage which required integrating into the main composite shingled roofline--again not an easy job. Brian and his son were out here having to shovel snow off practically every time, but they pulled through in the end and were always trying to make sure you were satisfied with the progress. Very professional and nice to talk with too. I can also state from experience, that if there was a problem and even after paying them in full, they still were very responsive and came back out to address any issues. I will hire them again when we have enough money to do the walls of the sunroom and integrate the whole TEMO system.- Brandon K.

AParamount Remodeling Company IncThis was a fairly large home remodel and addition project. Paramount did an outstanding job and I would certainly hire them again. My project involved the removal of an exterior wall and the placement of a beam in that wall to extend the house. It was complicated, and it needed firepower and expertise, which these guys had. They did an excellent job and nothing was too complicated for them. They maintain constant communications with rapid callbacks and with their mobile app. The mobile app also keeps the homeowner abreast of all change orders and the status of the project. Importantly, the mobile app keeps a constant watch of the total project cost. Overall, these guys were fabulous and I would highly recommend them.- Carl F.

Max, Levi and crew do great work and are easy to work with down to the detail. The 3D modeling in the planning phase of the project was helpful to see our vision on paper. Making additions to the project or addendums was therefore straight forward and a smooth process. They have good listening skills and know how to integrate your ideas into the project. It is exciting to see the project some to fruition and they are very good and thorough about seeing all the work to completion. We remodeled our original family home from the 1950's and were able to create a clean, open plan with original detail work from the 1950's!- Audrie A.

FI believe Alan planed to scam us from the beginning. I believe he never intended to finish the job and he owes us about $2,000. He started the job and demoed our two story deck. Took all railings and floor out. He had replaced about half of the flooring. On about 8 occasions he said he would come and work on it and never did. After 10 weeks of a hazardous deck we had to hire someone else to finish the job. He promised me this job would take ONE day, and 10 weeks later we still had a dangerous deck. He knew that I had 3 toddlers, and left us with a dangerous deck and dangerous back yard due to all of the old decking that he just left in the yard with nails sticking out. On top of all of this when we hired someone else we learned that what Alan was doing was not correct and we had to start completely over. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, this has been horrible.
