They pressure washed, cleaned, caulked, scraped and painted. It looks like a brand new house! They were extremely quick and efficient, even in the dead of winter with unpredictable weather. Very professional and took the time to walk through with us and make sure every single detail was perfect and how we wanted it. AVivax came through despite COVID-19 and poor weather! Anna Johnson was a fledgling foreman, but kept in close contact with Jesus (the painter, not the carpenter) & her boss to get everything perfect. They even "cut-in" the trim around the gutters on both sides, which is a lot of extra work! Anna was very thorough with the final inspection, and when I found a minor touch-up needed she sent Jesus back out just 2 days later to take care of it even though it was super minor. Did I mention they rushed out to start & finish my job just before the weather set in to meet my timeline? Simply awesome. The real gem here was Jacob Greiner, the original salesman / estimator. Jacob stuck with me and worked with my insurance company over 4 months to get the full house paid! Other paint pros weren't even willing to come out to quote a partial job, which is all the insurance was authorizing initially. Vivax's warranty sounds great too; more of a maintenance plan for the life of the warranty than a simple one-time defect correction. Of course we'll see in the long run how that all plays out, but a transferable warranty is very handy. Thanks again Vivax!

AVery well! Tyler and Kevin were extremely customer-oriented and listened carefully to my requests. It was fun to decide which colors to use with their help. The crew of painters were extremely kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job on the painting itself. They went over and above the call of duty to even assist me when I had essentially driven away from my previous home with my keys still there, unable to drive back to get them once my car was turned off - they gave me a lift to get my keys and I was so incredibly grateful! I was very pleased with the outcome of the painting and I would certainly hire them again. This crew is so wonderful!

AI called Tim, left a message, and he called back within the hour. He was able to work his schedule so that he could come out and give an estimate that same week. He scheduled the job the immediate following week when it was convenient for me (and I have scheduled a few more since). Tim treats your home like it is his. During the estimate, he asked thorough questions that gave him a clear idea on what I wanted and needed done. He offered his thoughts when they were warranted and gave his professional opinion on things. I thought I needed to buy a whole new door for one of the issues I was having, but he suggested I just have him change the lock out instead and that should fix the problem...and it did! Tim showed up at the time he said he would be there. When he was done with the job, he asked me to look over his work and make sure I was happy with it. With things I needed to know such as resetting the smart code on the door knob, he generously and patiently explained them to me since he had done many of these door knobs before. Afterwards, he cleaned up so well it was like no one was ever there. Overall, Tim is by far the most reasonably priced, professional, and capable handyman I have come across to date. Stop wasting your time searching for another one and call Tim today!

AMy wife and I decided to go with Mile High Master Painting after an in home visit to our new home to give us a quote. My wife was impressed by the level of care, detail, and time that went into the FREE estimate. They even caught stuff that our builder didn't finish. Despite costing a little more than some other offers we decided to go with them, and I can tell you they did not disappoint. Marcel and his younger brother showed up ready to go. They went ahead and painted our great room, and even the tallest wall in our house and they did an amazing job. We only had them paint our one room, but we are for sure going to have them do all our paint jobs moving forward. Words can not describe the level of care and professionalism that went into this job. I would highly recommend Marcel and his family business.
