    Uncle Brian's Home Improvements
Awesome experience! Brian, Jeremiah and the rest of the crew were the best to work with! We wanted to remodel 2 bathrooms and had such a great experience ended up with a new front door, flooring in our bedroom and lots more. During construction out hot water heater sprang a leak, found some electrical problems as well as plumbing. Brian was able to fix everything! We are on his calendar in 2019 for flooring and interior doors....most definitely recommend Brian and his crew for ANY remodeling need!

    J & G Tile
We are very pleased with the high quality work and timeliness by Jim (J & G Tile or AKA Tile and Stone) for installing our kitchen backsplash. It was a large project that turned out great. We will absolutely use Jim for any future tile work.

Sid and his team did an excellent job. I interviewed several contractors and Sid impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and can do attitude. Job started and finished on time with minimal impact on my tenant - in fact Sid's team coordinated directly with my tenant who had nothing but great feedback to me. Bathroom turned out beautiful and when a problem occurred 2 years later (after warranty period) due to manufacturer defect of part, Sid came out immediately to inspect. Within 2 days he had a team member out replacing part and regrouting area - best of all it was at no charge! Great service, great work, excellent communication!

Tony quoted the project, once hired the job went well. There were a few small things that came up which Tony was able to fix. Tony is very professional and detailed in his work. He turned a 32 x 36 shower into a 34 x 48 shower. His tile work is perfect. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Tony also just completed our basement spruce up. We had the popcorn removed from the ceiling. Walls and ceiling textured, and painted. New stained wood baseboards and door frames installed.

    Lighthouse construction services Ltd
Horrible, fraudulent, unprofessional and theft. These guys (Dan and especially Blake) are con artists. They took our money, left with stuff we paid for and they did not do the work. They made it look like the electrical was finished in order to get the next payment, but the electrical dead ended into the ceiling. They dry-walled the showers in to make it look like plumbing was done, but there was no plumbing or drains underneath when we pulled the showers out to see why the drains weren't hooked up. We paid for green board on our new drywall throughout the 2,000 sq ft space due to it being a moisture oriented business and it was all regular, cheap drywall. They used our money to purchase supplies and stole it when they walked out on the job. We had a signed contract promising a completion date of January 22, 2018 and as of today, May 9, 2018 they owe $5,300 based on the contract of owing us $50 per day that the work isn't complete. that doesn't include the $23,000 they stole or the attorney and court fees. Blake will suck up and smile in your face and Dan will do the same. These guys don't have a "crew" they scrape for whoever they could find and these guys were the bottom of the barrel. They were never here working, but claimed they were coming in a night to work and that's why I never saw them and that the "behind" the scenes stuff is why I couldn't see what they had accomplished in the ceiling and underground. Do not hire these guys or if you got duped by them too, contact me and we'll go after them together, my lawsuit has already began. Get them on video tape and voice recordings like I did, that will help. Or, if you haven't hired them, DON'T. SCAM.

    Gene's All Around Handyman Service
Excellent work product results! Gene's attention to detail makes the quality of his work much higher than other "experts" out there. Other than more involved electrical work (he'll replace fixtures and switches for example), I haven't encountered anything that he was unable to do to help me.

    Papas Home Improvements
My concern is not with the work itself. The quality of the tile install was fine and Josiah did a pretty good job of preparation and cleaning up afterwards. While not perfect, the tile looks pretty good. However, I have a significant concern with what he charged me for time above and beyond the voucher I purchased. The Angie's List voucher specifically states "Larger projects requiring more than 16 total labor hours will be charged at regular company rates of $58 per labor hour ($116 per hour for 2 workers)." However, Josiah said the additional time is $96 per hour. I showed him the voucher and he said the $58 rate only applies for 2 workers. Of course that makes no sense because the language clarifies the rate per labor hour for one worker vs two workers separately ($58 vs $116, respectively). He also charged me $30 for materials, without providing any detail at all. I question this as I purchased and provided all materials myself, including the tile, thinset mortar, and silicone/caulk. I even had to go purchase a trowel because Josiah did not have one with him. The only thing he provided was tile spacers, of which he took those with him when the job was done. Overall, he billed me $318 beyond the voucher I purchased (3 hours x $96 + $30 for materials). By my calculations I believe I should have been charged $145 ($2.5 hours x $58). I tracked the time and he was at my home for 10 hours on the first day and then 8.5 on the second. I have video proof of this from the camera at my front door.

    Baker Builders LLC
The project went very well and has met or exceeded our expectations. Their bid was very price competitive. We felt they provided more value and detail in their bid than other contractors and they did not demand a large down payment to start the project. They were very professional at all times during the project and arrived and completed work at scheduled times. They handled any and all concerns we had during the project promptly as well as maintaining excellent communication with us throughout the entire project. We are extremely pleased with the beauty and functionality of our new kitchen. As our project progressed, we had Baker Builders do additional work to other rooms of the house as well as some exterior improvements. They were able to schedule and complete the additional work we requested within the time frame of our original project. We highly recommend Baker Builders as they are honest, reliable, and do quality work at a fair price.

    Mountain High Appliance
Great showroom for selecting appliances. Our sales rep listened to what our needs were and was able to guide us in our selection of appliances. After we picked the out, the installation manager came to our residenew to insure the appliances would fit and to determine the extent of modifications required. At that point we were provided with the total installed price. The installation took about half a day. The team respected our house, cleaning up as they went. All of the electrical and cabinet modifications were completed in a professional manner. The exterior wall and vent penetrations were properly sealed and look great. We were very happy with installation and love the new appliances. Good value for the money.

    Lookout The Renovation Co
We've been working with them since January 15th.  We've been very pleased with the service so far.  It's a mixed review.  There's A for quality and B for communication.  We've had some disconnects in our communication.  There's also been disconnects in "our" communication so it's not all on the company.  They are craftsmen all the way.  They're really good working guys.  They are trustworthy in your home.  I don't have many of these in my home, but I'm thinking they're okay on price.  They're on time.
