His quotes, including time and materials and costs, are well researched so there are no surprises. His work is exacting and his tile work is beautiful. He is creative and offers suggestions to improve the design when appropriate. ABret Briggs Carpenter/HandymanBret did a fantastic job realigning all the doors/trim in my basement which had shifted over the past 20 years. He also lowered the baseboard all around my basement as well. He worked tirelessly and quickly. It really is nice that all the doors in the basement close effortlessly and it looks like it did when brand new. He also installed a new lazy-susan shelving which had broken. In my opinion, Bret is a craftsmen's craftsman. All his work has been outstanding, priced below market value, and he is honest and trustworthy. ADAVID AND GOLIATH LLCIt went GREAT! I can't say enough about how much I appreciate him. CJ and his team are so professional. CJ is a "perfectionist" and would never leave one of my projects unless he was sure that I was completely satisfied. Even more than that, he won't leave a project if he isn't completely satisfied. He has a trained eye, and recognizes things that I would never have noticed. He is so easy going, hard working and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and expect he will be my "go-to" guy for any project I want done. AExtra Time Handyman and RadonIn the beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth. Then, God was tired and had a bunch of other crap to do He had put off for far too long. So, he did Himself a favor and hired Gary at Extra Time Handyman. Gary has helped us with a spectrum of issues that would have taken several different vendors to complete — and even then with questionable results. We had a small amount of water damaged drywall in our finished basement but not quite enough to warrant a bigger company to repair, but enough to look bad. He replaced the drywall and the trim. Then prepared the surfaces for painting. It looks way, way better. He also put in a lovely backsplash in our kitchen. Gary is responsive. His pricing is fair. His work is fabulous, and we trust him. He also has a sense of humor. We will continue working with him for the foreseeable future and you should too.- Chris P.
