They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. AI had a flooring accident that needed attention. I was very worried and tight on budget. I thought it’s going to cost me a fortune. I called Modern Flooring Services to come out and give me an estimate. They were punctual and polite. They gave me helpful advice on how to efficiently fix the issue. After taking their professional advice our family ended fixing it ourselves. Thanks to Modern we didn’t lose an arm and a leg in the process.

We couldn't be happier with not only the craftsmanship of the work done in our home but also the professionalism and amount of communication we received throughout the process. Chad & and his son Parker were very helpful in helping us understand timelines and providing us choices & recommendations during the installation.
