They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. AAll American FlatworkInstalling a flush-mounted scissor lift in my residential garage. I needed two 102x24x11.5; squares cut and dug to accommodate the lift equipment, needed 4.5; of 4000lb concrete poured to support, as well as duct work between the two for hydraulics and drainage. All American Flatwork (Christian Garcia) responded quickly (immediately) to my request for quote, scheduled the work quickly (w/in a week), performed the work (2 days) expertly and cleanly.
