ALenny's appliance repairMy experience with Lenny 's company is outstanding. I found him on Angies list and he came to fix my broiler. Many repair people dont carry parts anymore. He had the part and quickly fixed problem within 3 days. 2 days later i came home to my frig freezer fan making a racket. He was able to squeeze me in the next day and had part to fix. It would be nice if the repair person were able to have the necessary parts with them so that you don't have to pay for two visits. However, I understand it may not be an option, as the repair person has to first diagnose the issue.- Patricia W.

FHorizon took my money $602.11 in November of 2019 and despite my constant follow up, they never provided the drawer and refuse to refund me. I don’t know how they stay on Angies list or other referral services. It is especially despicable due to the hardships people face.

AHarmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.
