    As several of the other reviewers stated I also dealt with Alfred, who throughout this process, was very understanding and accommodating. My wife and daughter are opening a women's apparel consignment store in Brighton, CO. Since the name chosen was and quot;The Trunkand quot; we wanted a logo that reflected that image. Alfred initially presented six concepts but my wife and daughter thought a little more direction would help Alfred who than obliged us with six more concepts based on tighter direction. They selected one version with a trunk that they particularly liked but wanted some color changes, element additions and font changes. Alfred went back to work and made those changes. We were almost there and with a couple of additional tweaks they got what they were after. Since we are going to use this logo for a number of different applications we asked Alfred to produce the final version with two different tag lines and as a stand-alone trunk, which he willingly did. The final request was to produce these three versions in numerous file extensions such as .ai, .gif, .jpeg, .png, etc. allowing us use this for almost any application. We were very happy with the results. Not only did we get excellent graphics design but outstanding customer service as well. And all of this for $100. I don't think you can find a better price/value deal anywhere.

    You don't purchase it at a store. It's a service and you have to have a computer, but now they say you don't need a computer. It is one of these phone companies. I have a 5-year contract for $99 and no limit on phone calls. It's excellent. One of these times we might consider just dropping our regular phone. We learned about them in the internet originally and our realtor lady no longer uses a home phone number, she uses Magic Jack only and her cellphone. We made one payment. Other people could pay otherwise. We just chose that way to pay. We don't know what's available because we bought it just to make all of our long distance phone calls so that's all we use it for. You can use it for local or long distance. We haven't had any problem.

    my washer started making a really bad grinding noise. I figured it was off balance.  I rebalanced the machine and thought I had solved the problem.  I did not.   I called LG and asked who did repair work in my area.  I was referred to a1 factory service. the other company they gave me did not answer there phone or return my call.   
    when I called the business they could not get to me for about a week.   I was a little dissappointed about that, as anyone knows a full house hold can't go much more than a week without the laundry crawling out of the hamper.  
    shawn showed up on time and was very quick to diagnose my problem.  as I suspected one part had rubbed itself flat and could not turn the drum.    also he told me my water pump was about the fail or was failing.    
    he fixed the pump and showed why mine was failing, the liquid soap causes too much build up and doesn't allow the pump to work correctly.    yet he did not have my rotor and had to order it.  this would take another week.     it has been fun going to the laundry mat again.....  :-(.     we hope to back and running by the end of the week.    
    shawn was very professional, he put shoe covers on when walking through my home.   he did take the time to explain to me why my rotor broke, he even took a little extra time because I didn't quite get it the first time.    
    overall it is a good experience other than the waiting for parts but I suspect that is common or I could be wrong.

    It went great. Bruce and his wife are very professional, competent, and honest. They could have sold me on a very costly repair, but recommended against it when they pointed out that my piano is over 100years old. The repairs would've cost me more than it would cost to buy a new piano. So they fixed it up enough so that I can use it ok for now, since I am just a beginner.

    company delivered the first water and cooler on time. water is very good- however on the paperwork we were told our next delivery date was 12/3 and had an attached delivery schedule card with a different, later date. After 5 weeks we were out of water, so I called on 12/1 to confirm they'd be there on the third, was told yes. On the third they called to remind me they'd be there Monday and was not all all interested in anything else I had been told. Too much confusion and poor customer service so we switched to someone else.
