One thing I love about Dennis is he can get the job done from start to finish without calling any other contractors for the unexpected stuff that pops up!! Which always seems to happen in construction. Have recommended him to many of my friends.

    Quick, efficient. Furnace was good; they replaced the filter. Noted that the age and condition of the hot water heater indicate it should be replaced. Called the office and scheduled an appointment. Such friendly, professional staff it's a joy to work with them. Will not use anyone else.

    Too be honest, once I spent time with Josh Kuzmina at my house looking at my kitchen repair job and realized what a professional he is, I had him replace several more old (my condo is 12 years old) ball valves and plumbing to all 3 toilets. The price was extremely affordable and about 1/2 of the estimate I received earlier from a different plumber. I will certainly use Brothers again and will request Josh if at all possible

    If you are looking for a company that operates its business with honesty and integrity, look no further than Bill Nance Plumbing. This is the second time in the last couple of years that we needed to call a plumber and we could not be happier with the service we received. Our hot water heater started to leak so we needed a replacement quickly. I called the office at 7:00AM and by 10:00AM Nate was at my door. The price quoted on the phone was more than reasonable and the job was done quickly. I cannot recommend this company any more highly. If you need a plumber, I don't think you will be disappointed by the quality of the work and fairness of the pricing.

    We booked the appointment through Costco. Superior Water and Air installs the Ecowater systems for Costco in our area. Caleb, the salesperson, showed up on time, did a free water test, and explained the systems they had to offer. He was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We had gotten quotes from 3 companies, and this system was about in the middle with the low being $4000 and the high being $7000. The fact that we got a Costco gift card for about 10% of the price helped. We made the purchase on a Wednesday and they installed the system that Friday. Shawn, the installer, showed up on time and was very nice and professional. He installed the equipment in the locations we requested, and was knowledgeable about his work. The only issue we ran into was that the line to the refrigerator from the reverse osmosis unit got a small hole in it during the install. We did not catch the leak until after Shawn had left. Fortunately, he had shown me the shutoff valve for that line, and we were able to stop the leak quickly. I called Shawn that evening, and he came out the following day (Saturday when he doesn't normally work), to fix the issue.

    The work went well and quicker than I had anticipated. My only disappointment was that I had paid $75 for the deal, with another $25 to be paid directly to the person who did the work, but I had to pay another $100, so it cost me almost double what I had expected to pay.

    I cancelled on them and they came out anyway so their communication between them and their driver was poor. Their ability to then come back and make it right and they did make it right. It was much more than another store was. I was having trouble with it leaking after they put it in. They came in and put in a some kind of a custom adjustment piece. I thought they were trying to hustle me but they did not charge me for it. They took care of it. They came in and did the right thing. They did not do a good job of communicating between the salesman and the driver and shipping department. The quality was good. They were pretty good at getting back with me. They really did get back to me on time. 

    I like Home Depot but the communication between them and the people they hire is not good.

    I had just had the toilet replaced. I said this toilet was just replaced. They said no it isn't any good. So they took it out and put in another toilet. He was training a guy and all he was teaching him was put in a new toilet. They didn't try to figure out the problem. They just threw out a good toilet. I was discouraged with Brothers that I finally got someone in to snake the line and they found the problem. 

    Brothers were punctual but they didn't listen to what I was telling them. I think they should listen to what I had to tell them and they should have tried to evaluate the problem. They were in and out and were in a hurry. The toilet was fine but it wasn't the problem.

    Swan was able to respond same day and provided excellent response. Jon was sent to estimate the job. He quickly identified the leak and professionally described the problem to myself and my elderly parents. The estimate was a bit on the higher end, but the responsiveness made it worth the cost. My dad is in home hospice and Jon recognized the emergency circumstances and obtained approval to perform the work himself instead of having us wait for their field plumbers to arrive. Jon is very skilled and completed the repair within an hour, and he cleaned up everything quickly. He was kind and we wouldn't hesitate calling Swan again.

    Calling for my appointment, the lady finished her dialogue, asking, "How can I make you smile today?" With a line like that, she just did. I did not hear the lady's name on the phone, but she was very pleasant and efficient setting up my appointment, which even though it was no emergency, the appointment was set for the same day. Frank called me in the 2-hour window given, and said that he was about 1/2 hour away. I found Frank to not only had a very engaging personality, but he proved to be a quite efficient worker, and he quickly had my new outside faucet installed. I had also mentioned to Frank that I was having trouble attaching the hose to my old faucet, and he said he would see what he could do, and he was able to set the new faucet out a little bit further from the house, irritating problem solved; as a customer, I really appreciated the extra attention given to such small detail. For the second time that day, Sunshine Plumbing, had me smiling. I would not hesitate to hire Sunshine Plumbing again, or to recommend them to a friend. Great experience.
