    Everything was excellent. I was told that I had to have an ABS brake and another place wanted to charge me about $2000. This guy told me I didn't have to have that and they were just trying to rip me off. He said bring it in and let me check it out it may be something wrong with the lights. He talked to me and he was very good. He did a good job and he was honest and very helpful. The price was excellent. He explained everything he was doing. He was a good communicator with me. He didn't treat me like oh you're a woman you don't know anything. He was very respectful. He worked over hours to get it done. He did a good job. I passed the emissions test. This is my guy now. The price was good. He was honest. He was respectful. He stayed late to get it done for me. He closes at 6 but he worked until 7:30 or 8.

    When they set an appointment and I don't have wait, they always ready, they always wash my car, they always go over in advance with me what their gonna do and how much it's gonna cost and they'll give me a ride to down town boulder so that I don't have to sit in their show room and wait and they come pick me up when my car is done.

    Great Service. Bought a used car here and before delivery they took it in the back to check it out and they found some issues(leaky gaskets, bad motor mount, etc). Instead of delivering the car, they informed us that they would repair. The deal was done and all they had to do was clean some stuff off and we would have not known. Kudos to Brighton Ford for fixing these issues and making sure the car was in the best shape possible.

    I had the car towed to their shop at 10:30 am even though they said they probably wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. He called me at 12:30 to tell me they moved me up and to clear the service to replace the alternator. The serpentine belt was a little worn so they replaced it as well and did not charge for the labor. Picked my car up at 2:30 the same day. Good communication and saved me from trying to manage the logistics of a one-car juggling act by completing the service the same day. They will be me and quot;go toand quot; from now on.

    Another great experience. This was just for an oil change, but I had asked to wait for the car when I made the appt. The car was ready quickly and once again I left knowing that I will return.

    Things went excellent. I talked to Jeff Sheffler on the evening of 12/13/2013 about replacing my windshield. I explained to him that I was out of the country and my GMC Youkon was being stored at a friends house. There were other issues I will not go into here, but these issues were very important to me. Jeff was very polite and told me they could handle everything for me. He contacted the party where my Youkon is stored and they set up a time on 12/14/2013 for the repair. His crew was there when he said they would be and the lady at the home said the crew was very polite and it was plain to see that the guys that did the work knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned everything up afterwards. I understand people get windshields replaced every day, but very few have the additional issues I requested. I have had many windshields replaced, but this by far my best experience. Jeff called me later to insure that all went well. I told him it went better than I expected. I would have no problem sending my best friends to Colorado Windshield Company.

    I called, and they could get me in immediately. Fifteen minutes later, I dropped off the car for diagnostics. They said they would get right on it. Twenty minutes later, they were finished. They had found and fixed the problem, and we were good to go.

    Called one other glass company on Angie's list, their price was considerably higher and said it would be about three weeks before they could fit us in.  Really!  Called Hare's Glass.  Not only was their price great, they sceduled me in for that very afternoon.  Arriving right at our appointment time, they were waiting for us and went right to work.  Walking up, the business doesn't impress you, but the people were nice folks, who made us feel right at home as we waited for an hour for the work to be completed.  Priced right - very profossional - I absolutely would use this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

    After reading the reviews for 5th Gear on Angie's List, I felt confident in contacting them that I would be treated fairly and that the work would be top quality.  I called to get an idea of what the cost would be for new front struts and spoke with Dennis.  I was looking for a ball park figure, but Dennis said to hang on a minute and he would tell me what the actual cost would be.   I don't know of any other repair facility that would give more than an estimate.  The quote was much less than the dealer so I went ahead and made an appointment.  I also was able to purchase the oil change coupon on Angie's List which was a great deal. 
    As a recent transplant to Colorado, I am delighted to have found an auto repair shop in which I have complete confidence.  I would absolutely recommend 5th Gear for any and all repair needs.

    Interstate Auto Glass offers on-site service on Saturdays! This was the key decision maker for me. I called him up on a Thursday and was able to schedule the following Saturday. All I needed to provide was my car's make, model, year and trim details for him to give me a fully installed quote over the phone. No surprises. Justin took care of the job in an hour with professionalism and a good warranty on his work. I will update if my experience changes.

    Chip repair jobs, which I didn't have done, were quoted at $25.
