  • A few hours and $500 later, Toyota said they fixed the problem. The next day the lights came on again, so I have to go back in for service again next week. I am only going back to Toyota because I expect them to fix it for no additional charge; otherwise I would go somewhere else.
    This is the second time this happened to me recently. A few months ago I was having issues with my car starting and Toyota determined that my key battery was low, so they said they replaced it. Unfortunately this was an outright lie since it wouldn't start the next day and I had to use someone else's car to go get a new key battery and do it myself.
    The service quality here is just terrible. They say they fix the problem but they don't at all, the same problems come back up within a day of leaving the shop. Seriously, I am not paying top dollar for low quality work. I am 100% done taking my car to Toyota and will start using other local mechanics who know what they're doing.

  • Really amazing service from the start. from making the appointment to the service tech, it was as smooth as possible. I received a call when they needed to order a special part for the rear lights and they got a great price on a full assembly the same day.

  • It took over an hour and a half for them to change oil and rotate tires when I was the only customer in the shop. Upon watching them filling my oil after the change, they kept adding and checking, adding and checking the oil. The service tech then realized he forgot to put the plug back in the oil pan. When the finally finished and I was reviewing the charges, I noticed that they were charing me for 8 quarts of oil when mine at max takes 6.5 quarts. When I brought this to their attention they told me that's what they used so I had to pay....I did argue and they only charged me for 7 quarts. Won't ever go back there again.

  • I take my Subarus only to Buddy at Mobile Mechanics.  That's all they do there...subarus.  And, they really know their business, respect their customers and are honest about what really needs to be done.  They'll give you alternatives and explain the details, as much as you want.  I've checked out the general services at various dealers and Buddy does the same work for almost half the cost in some cases.  It's worth the drive to Golden from wherever you are located.  He doesn't do A/C or collision work, but has reputable partners he recommends.

  • Not well. When I picked up the car I was assured it was fixed. However, when I drove the car the 4 wheel drive light was still on. I immediately called them and they were insistent it was fixed. I drove to Denver in the snow the next day and clearly was not fixed so I took it back in. Whereby they checked it again and found out it was not fixed. They did apologize and did not charge me for the labor on a new part but I had told them I had to drive to Denver and I felt that I put myself in jeopardy by their refusing to acknowledge that it might not be fixed.

  • I would recommend this provider to anyone. They are professional, timely and great customer service. I have gotten new tires from them, had tires rotated, and tires repaired (for free) with nails in them. Every time has gone smoothly and without issue. GREAT TEAM of employees!

  • BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE 5R Truck in West Denver!!! Anyone in CO, beware of 5 R Truck, worst workmanship and customer service in the state. I had the Rigid 20" LED bar installed along with a set of Recon HIDs. The lights didn't work properly as one and not always the same one, wouldn't come on for up to 30 min. After removing the faulty Recon lights, 5R policy is keep the labor cost but refund the cost of the faulty lights. I also discovered the 20" bar was loose, both the mount and the adjustment nuts for aiming the light bar. They scratched my bumper and left me an extra 3 feet of wires floating around under my hood. I was told, "these things happen" about the scratch. Highly recommend anyone in or around CO, steer clear of 5R Truck. They were extremely unprofessional and point the finger at the customer without checking on the work of their people.

  • Overall I am very happy with the service Jay provided. My car was delivered in perfect condition and for a good price. I can substantiate that the price was good because my uncle who has owned a tow truck company for over 30 years told me some people are paying $900 just to ship a car from Sacramento to Los Angeles. Wisconsin is obviously much further.
    For Angie's list members, I did not find most of the feedback prior to mine for Jay's Auto Transport to be helpful. There are many options for choosing a car transporter and the reason I finally decided on Jay was not Angie's list, it was because I talked to him over the phone and I felt like he knew what he was talking about and that I could trust him.
    I will explain one aspect of the service that could have been potentially disappointing for some customers. I knew going into the situation that Jay was finding me the lowest prices that he could using high quality transporters. Since we were searching for a transporter with a low price and since the route was somewhat less traveled (Santa Barbara to Sheboygan, WI) it did take a little longer for my vehicle to get picked up than Jay's original quote. However, I think if you have an open conversation with Jay about what you are trying to accomplish, you won't be disappointed. If you want your car shipped within a tight time frame, you need to give Jay permission to target transporters using higher bids. If you want Jay to help you find the lowest price, you may have to be a little flexible with your time frame. But the main thing I was happy with and why I am giving Jay an 'A' rating was that he was very responsive, explained to me what was going on and how the process worked, and I got my car delivered in perfect condition for a good price. What else can you ask for?

  • I have been using Airport Auto for the last 4 years for all services on my car. I shop around just about every time I have an auto problem to see if there is anyone that can beat them on price and knowledge. Every time I end up with them. There mechanics are knowledgable and their front desk is friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for all the help!

  • Took my car in for a radiator flush and fill since I thought it had been a while. Was pleasantly surprised to be told it was not necessary... come back in another year / 10K Miles. I think most places would just have gone ahead anyway, so appreciate the honesty.
