I haven't used them for a while because our beloved old dog died at 14 and a half. They have just been wonderful folks to deal with. She had a good life and we had a good life with her. We saw them a lot. We have some friends who go and have been happy with them. By then, our dog had some serious problems, but they had been our vet all along for her. It ranged from normal dog maintenance to acupuncture.

I would say that their prices are in line. They’re not a bargain, but you are getting what you pay for. I particularly like that they know the pets. It’s not one size fits. We’ve taken dogs and cats there. We have one cat that is really tough and they figured out exactly what they had to do. They kept him during the day. He had mats in his fur and they had to put him under, because he is such a hand full.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by BoneaFide Pet Services. We travel within the country and internationally without worry for our cats, each with very different needs. Daily visit status reports are always provided. Also, our house is well monitored during our absence. We remained well informed and had peace of mind even while away during hurricane Matthew!

Scooby Doos told me they no longer wanted me as a client because my yard was too difficult to clean. They were two days late coming to their appointed day. Then I had to call them on the second day, August 3rd, to find out they were dropping me as a client. It happened that I had a dinner party planned in the back yard. Since they gave me no notice there was dog poo in the yard. The professional way to handle this would have been to give me two weeks or one month notice to give me time to find another provider.

I called for an appointment to have my dogs regular vaccines Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella along with a wellness exam which was all I wanted. My husband was taking the dog since he was home from work what we got was what I had requested plus the scare tactic up sell so my husband agreed to all these tests that we neither needed or wanted, so my $130 bill became $300. They also talked my husband into a Lepto vaccine that we had never done nor wanted to and will never do again. There are far more cons than pros for this and I just hope my dog does not get sick from this.
More fool my husband for agreeing but had they just done what we asked this would never had been an issue.
I would never go back to these people they are good but this scare tactic to get you to agree to things that are unnecessary is just wrong seems like a money making tactic to me and we paid the price.

Considering the health issue they found with our puppy, they were right on top of things and went above and beyond what could have been a nasty issue. They not only gave wonderful care to our puppy, but they kept in touch with us by phone and also with the vet. We felt she was in great hands while we were gone.
Since then we brought her in for day care once a week and another longer stay (10 days). All went very well.
The only reason I gave them a B in professionalism was because a few times when we would come to pick her up from day care they had so many clients coming that the workers didn't seem to know what was going on.

This was my third visit to the clinic; twice with my dogs and once with my cat. Each time I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors (I've seen two) were very friendly and professional, did not try to push extra treatments or tests, and knew what needed to be done. I have worked in the veterinary field for 30 years in another state and am familiar with the workings behind the scenes. This is a top class clinic. I plan to move a little farther away but think I will keep this as my regular clinic.

Dr Bob Irmiger is fantastic. He is professional and very kind and caring. I have 2 dachshunds that are aging. Oscar can be very temperamental and will bite. Dr Bob is awesome with him. He is clearly not intimidated and his suggestions and therapies have helped Oscar live out his final year or so in comfort. I highly recommend Dr Irmiger.

Lark had an immediate repoire with our dogs and trained them all to walk calmly with her. She bave them extra love and attention and has formed a close bond with them. I trust her to take care of our dogs and be in our house.

Dr. Bauman, Dr. Ellis, and the vet techs at Foothills Animal Clinic are WONDERFUL. We have brought both our labs there since their first puppy visits at 8 weeks old. Three years later, and many, many visits later -- for check-ups, infected ears and eyes, spay appointments, and upset tummy issues -- and we are heartbroken that Dr. Bauman has decided to retire and close the clinic. Thank you for caring for our furry daughters. It was obvious just how much you all care about the animals you treat, and we always knew the dogs were in good hands. Plus, both dogs LOVED coming to see you, so that's the best indication of all of a great vet's office.
