    I still have moths after 5 treatments and need to call another company. I made it clear from the beginning I did not want my outside sprayed. Three times I had to stop them from spraying my outside areas. I also made it clear that I worked out of my home and needed to schedule times over the phone and not have a robot call time schedule. I continually had to stop the robot calls and once didn't get one and they showed up. The service people who came were friendly and nice. I ended up not trusting them as several times I had stop them from spraying my outside even though the manager said they knew I didn't want my outside sprayed and wouldn't do it. One of their service technicians told me that his service was going to be the last one then quite a few weeks later I got another robot call saying I had another service coming. I was locked into their services and they would have automatically repeated another 5 if I had not called to make sure that I was finished. That was what I was told. So today when I was looking for another company to hire to get rid of the moths that they did not get rid of, within 5 minutes of putting an inquiry into Angies list for a company, Edge Pest control called. They not only called once, they called twice within 5 minutes of my search on Angies list.

    They were great! They used to work with a company that I used to work with, that I used to use; and that company was sold to another exterminating company. So, they decided that they didn’t like the way that, that company handled things. So they had stuck out on their own. They’re really good. They were very good. This was the first time I had them. They reached out to me and said, “hey, we used to work for your other company and we’re starting and this is it!”

    Bugs and Beyond is a small family-owned company. I called them up and they were able to come over very soon. He told me it was a two-part service where he first identifies and fixes the problem. Then comes back in a couple of weeks to evaluate the results. He took a look around the house and identified a couple of areas where mice were able to enter from the outside. He fixed these with wood coverings that mice could not easily chew through like foam seals. He also provided several traps to place inside in problem areas where mice already got in. After a couple of weeks, we caught several mice and the problem has been solved for at least the last few months. Time will tell for the future. We didn't actually need the second visit since things were going well and we re-baited the traps ourselves. The fee was very reasonable and many hundreds of dollars less than larger, national corporate services. Even if the mice return down the road, it will still be cheaper to call these guys back a few times than to call the big guys once.

    The service went fine. I gave the technician a check before he left. Within 4 days I received a letter from the company telling me that my payment was past due and if I did not pay up they would send me to collections. I called and told them I had paid at time of service. They said to ignore the letter. A week later I received another letter threatening me with collections. I checked with my bank after the second letter and they had already cashed my check. I won't do business with a company that operates using fear.

    We called them the morning of 9/22/2015. They came that afternoon and exterminated the nest quickly and efficiently. We have had no problems with yellow jackets reappearing from that location. We cannot think of anything that they could have done better.

    This is the worst experience I have had among all the residence projects!

    I purchased the voucher on Angie's List, with the promise that I would be contacted within 24 hours. More than 24 hours later, I called Angie's List to get the service provider's phone number and called them.

    I made an appointment for mice control at my rental property at 4 pm.
    No one called me before hand to give a headsup that they are on the way or anything. I arrive at my property before 4 pm. By almost 5 pm, I called the provider's number and was told that instead of arriving at 4, it was supposed to be a window between 4 to 5. They never told me that when I made the appointment over the phone! I waited till 6:30 pm. called numerous times and left another couple of messages and finally left my property without a phone call or anyone showing up.

    (just wanted to add a little more about cheri and rick -- i hit submit too soon. as others have noted, cheri and rick are totally wonderful. they came over the same day i called, charged a fair rate, and offer a thirty-day warranty. while rick worked outside, cheri gave me a lesson on pests and critters. i would call them again in a heartbeat -- fingers crossed that i won't need to!)

    Beeline Pest Control is very professional and willing to perform services wherever needed (e.g. in attic). We signed up for the annual (quarterly visits) plan and an issue popped up in between scheduled services -- Beeline came out, resolved issue and did not charge for the visit. Highly impressed with their service and their pest control technicians.

    Came to the house for the first time in Dec 2014 at first to take care of rats in subfloor and then back again in Feb 2015.  Caught two outside the house and supposedly sealed up the hole they were using to get in the house.  Six seven months later we heard them in the basement ceiling again.  Took him about a month to come back (his work is supposedly guarantee).

    He set more traps and didn't catch anything except a chipmunk outside.  We had to call several times to have him come and check the traps.  He came back one day while we were not home and picked up the traps and never came back.  Did not respond to numerous emails or calls.  I caught several more rats with traps myself.  Still  need to call someone to see where they are getting in.

    Bottomline, he says his work is guaranteed but it's not.  He didn't even have the decency to call back.  BIG FAT F.
