    Managed Benefit Systems Inc
It went perfectly. Paul Hecomovich was always responsive to my calls and questions, provided the information I needed re: plans, and talked me through the registration. I'm sure I would have messed up without his support.

    CIGNA
After a few phone calls to CIGNA, we finally got the operation authorized. But it took close to a month before they could straighten out things. They originally took it as a medical procedure, but not dental coverage, and the request submitted by my dentist got denied.  My doctor had to submit the paperwork multiple times. The experience wasn't pleasant.

I have had great experiences with their customer service. Everyone is very nice and very helpful. They answer the phone right away and I find their website easy to use. I have gotten reimbursements quickly when necessary.
I have had one issue with billing r.e. pre-approval for out of network providers--but this is typical insurance stuff.

    Nextcare Urgent Care - Arvada
AFter a 2 1/2 hr. drive down from the mountains with severe ankle pain from a fall, I will taken back to see provider as soon as paperwork was completed.    The exam was thorough, treatment good and assisting staff very helpful and competent.  During the 3/4 hour in the office, 3 X-rays were taken and reviewed, a temporary cast place on fractured fibula, crutches with instruction on use and referral to an orthopedic doctor to have a permanent cast placed.  Total charge was $125 plus $30 for the crutches, which was much less than I expected.  A hospital emergency room visit would have easily cost 4 times as much for a simple fracture.

    Boulder Community Hospital
Boulder Community Hospital is close and it is just a few blocks away. The service was great and the doctors were great and everything was quick it was just a good experience all around. They were able to get us in relatively quickly and we had to for a follow up and they managed to get x-rays and everything quickly. The waiting room was okay. The staff was definitely very nice.

    Boulder Community Hospital OCH
I was promptly greeted and taken into surgery prep. The nurses and staff were friendly and helpful. My surgery was delayed several hours, due to the previous patient's surgery taking longer than expected. However I was treated very well, and with clear communication and updates. Eveything from the nurse care, to the doctor's presurgery visit and post surgery care was outstanding. The environment was welcoming and clean, not inimidating at all. Everyone I interacted with seemed to genuinely care about my as a person as well as my reason and need to be there. It was a great experience.

    Boulder Community Hospital
Boulder Community Foothills Hospital they were not able to take care of my husband when he turned out to be more critically ill than they realized. And they seemed to be three days behind on everything. He vomited for three days before they realized this and it was very frustrating. They were very dedicated and caring, it just wasn't what we needed. I would not use them in the future.

    Pharmaca - Boulder
They are a holistic chain. They take a while and I end up waiting a little bit. We last had to wait half an hour.  Even though they take a little longer, it is what they tell us it is going to be. They take my insurance and my co-pay is $5.

    Boulder Medical Center
Whenever I have any problem this is the place I go to and see whoever is available at that point of time. They also handle my insurance very well and that is my primary reason for going there. The staff and the office are excellent. I have been using them for a very long time. It is convenient, comfortable and they manage all my records very nicely.
