    Red Diamond Roofing
Red Diamond did a great job handling all aspects of my roof replacement. Their work, including landscape care and cleaning, was high quality and their service was exceptional. Their rep, Ed, was professional, personable and fun to work with. He not only managed the project well, he handled all the paperwork and hassles with my insurance company on my hail damage claim. I have already recommended Red Diamond to friends and will continue to do so. They did a first rate job. Rich Smith Gunbarrel

Greg is highly professional, friendly and efficient. He did a great job with attention to detail and perfect clean up afterwards. A small gutter repair add on job was no problem and executed as professional as the painting. Would hire him again any time.

They put me on their schedule to come by and give me a quote for the work and then did not show up. I called them to follow up and they said they weren't going to be able to come by because they weren't taking new leads. They apologized, but they should have not scheduled an appointment in the first place or at least should have called to cancel.

Titus is super-quick to respond to a call for help, and his prices are always the best. He gives me the lowest price option, and then some other options and explains the difference, so I can compare exactly what it is I'm getting quotes on. He is always the best deal in terms of pricing for quality and has the best lead times. Dramatic example: During the flood of 2013 in Boulder, I called him for the first time on a Sunday, asking if he could help us- our crawl space was flooded, the emergency flood mitigation company said they couldn't help me for 10 days, and we had soggy ducts running through the crawlspace mud. He came out THAT DAY, ON HIS DAY OFF, with his muck-suit and booties, and crawled into our mess to check it out. He stayed and personally removed the soggy ductwork and dragged other debris out for us. He came back with his crew to replace the ductwork as soon as the water was low enough to do it, and they repaired everything Iisted above in a timely fashion, which says alot when you think about the regional demand for contractors to help repair structures after that flood. They also repainted the exterior, and did a fantastic job of it, including all the detail trim- and I'm pretty detail oriented! I cannot recommend them enough, and whenever anything goes wrong, I call them and see if that is something that they do before I go elsewhere. As always, their quotes are spot on and their timing is the fastest.

Lots of nails and debris left behind which wasn't great for small (and large) bare feet. Lack of overall attention to detail. Crew was reluctant to make it right. Paint was applied sloppily. Inconsistent coverage required multiple coats that still hasn't been addressed. We have a guaranteed 12-mos warranty. Hard to imagine they'll honor it.

    Integrous Roofing & Restoration Inc.

Last year, we changed insurance companies and learned that the roof on our rental home needed to be replaced .... we learned this AFTER we had left our carrier. Naturally, the new company would not cover the replacement roof because it was considered pre-existing damage. It was looking like the new roof was going to cost us in the neighborhood of $12,000. Out. Of. Pocket. Gulp! We began scrambling to get a loan.

We took three bids for the job: our insurance carrier recommended a company (1), neighbor's had used another business (2), and I found Integrous on Angie's list (3). All the bids were competitive. (Personally, I chose Integrous simply because of the reviews on Angie's List but I waited to award the job until after I heard everyone's pitch.) When I met John at the site, I was immediately impressed by his authenticity but, moreover, I was impressed by his desire to find a way to get the roof covered. After all, we had been paying to insure that home for twenty years and would certainly have made a claim had we but known there had been roof damage. It seemed exceptionally unfair to have paid for all that coverage yet end up unable to benefit from it. Nevertheless, my current insurance company never suggested pursuing back coverage and none of the other roofing companies made any effort to pursue coverage, either.
John went back six years to discover that a hail storm, with particularly large balls of hail, had hit our street. He also verified that other homes around us had also sustained damage in that storm and they had all gotten new roofs. The damage observed on our roof was consistent with the hail storm that was documented in John's records. In the end, John's efforts resulted in the claim being fully covered by the insurance company that we had at the time of the storm ( kudos to Farmers, also, for covering an outdated claim with good grace and prompt professionalism).
....But John's attention to customer satisfaction did not end there.
Our project was rife with challenges: there was a tree growing into the roof, the decking was shot (dangerously so!), the skies rained nearly every day. When I expressed concern that the materials had been delivered to the site but were unprotected from the rain, John went out, bought a tarp, and had the materials covered the same day. When a roofer's foot caved through the eroded decking, John immediately informed me and arranged a drywaller to repair the damage within hours so our renter's lives would not be disrupted; he also came in on a weekend and replaced the light fixture that was broken when the ceiling came down. When he discovered the tree (that was growing into the roof) was larger than his tools could manage, John rented a chainsaw and took care of the over-sized limb himself. The problems Integrous encountered never became "my" problems. Instead, John simply resolved all issues as they arose and gave me updates along the way.
I remain BLOWN AWAY but how far he took the concept of "integrity" and "customer service". Unforeseen challenges, like those seen on this job, would probably have resulted in most home owner's being left to pick up the pieces and scurrying to find repair people but, with John and Integrous, we were absolutely covered from start to finish. I can't remember EVER having this sort of service. It is both rare and amazing to "not" have to worry about every little detail. In fact, the concept was so foreign to me that I kept finding myself waiting for the proverbial "shoe to fall", expecting this wave of good luck to end and to find ourselves stuck with a bill that exceed our quote, or some such thing. .....I waited. ....And waited. ....And the shoe never fell. The job was rapidly and professionally completed as bid, with all extra issues addressed by John himself, and we were not hit with unexpected charges. Phew!
Integrous should be commended for hiring people like John, he is a credit to their team. Additionally, Integrous should be honored for allowing their workers to support customers so thoroughly - what a promising reminder that customer service still exists! I have already referred John, and Integrous, to another family in Boulder for their upcoming roof work. This is but the first wave of my positive PR. In addition to sharing my comments on Angie's List and I will continue to recommend this company to anyone who seeks a reputable roofing company.

Jim and his crew replaced our shake roof with durable asphalt shingles. We have a 2,500 sq ft ranch with many angles. Jim's team not only did a perfect job with the roof, he added quite a few vent pipes to replace a big fake dormer that was meant for venting. The job was done quickly. His crew also replaced all our gutters- seamless and perfect. They paid extra attention to drainage patterns around the house, moving some downspouts from previous positions. When they were done, he also mentioned they did painting, which we also needed. It was a no-brainer to hire him again for that job! He's made our house beautiful again.Don't hesitate, call Jim!

With one major exception, the work was professional and appears to be of high quality. We did have to walk the representative around the house more than once to discuss where and what size downspouts to install. When all is said and done, they installed one of the downspouts incorrectly. This involved drilling into brand new stucco where is wasn't supposed to be. They offered to correct the situation and have the stucco contractor bill them. I however decided to keep the downspout they installed to avoid the hassle of repairs. There was no offer of an apology from the company nor any compensation for not performing the work as we agreed to.Perhaps the worst part is a lack of communication. Whenever I called the office to get a message to the representative, I was always sent to a voice mail which was never returned. Emails would go for weeks unanswered or unacknowledged. Not very good customer service, especially for a customer that was complaining. I would not recommend this provider to my friends.

We are very, very pleased with the siding and window installation provided by GS Construction. The price was right, the work done quickly and professionally (original estimate was 5 days, they finished in 2 1/2 days), and both the sales rep and crew leader (Keith and Marvin) were a pleasure to deal with. This project was the best contracted home improvement project we have ever had done -- everything went extremely smoothly and no hassle at all. I don't normally write such profuse reviews of anything, let alone home improvement projects, but GS Construction deserves the highest praise. Many thanks, guys!I received the original bid from Keith within 2 days. And Keith was happy to provide a rough estimate for my siding/window job at the time of his initial site visit to my home. His written proposal essentially matched the cost numbers he had provided in his rough estimate. Another company I contacted for this job took over 10 days to respond back to me.Sales rep, Keith, was very responsive both by telephone and email. I even received emails from him on weekends, which is generally unheard of in business. Crew leader, Marvin, ran the crew very professionally. Marvin was available to answer questions and discuss matters as the work was done. He was very pleasant to deal with. The crew worked very hard throughout the entire project. They arrived early (7-7:30AM) and worked until after 6PM on the 2 full days they were here, and even worked on the 4th of July (Independence Day holiday)! Materials used and (especially) workmanship were excellent. The siding (Hardi-board) and windows were installed per specifications of Hardi-board, and GS Construction is a certified Hardi-board installer. The crew cleaned up around my home at the end of every day of work! This was unexpected but much appreciated. The construction dumpster was removed within 3 days after the job was completed and the Port-a-John was removed 1 day after the crew left. Excess construction materials were removed within 3 days of job completion.
