    Jiffy Auto Glass USA
WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR PAINT JOB AND WANT YOUR WINDSHIELD INSTALLED CORRECTLY! Jiffy Auto Glass used tools that did not have the protective rubber coating and their carelessness scratched the paint on my car all the way down to the base. Dan Shikiar said he didn't know why I was making a "big issue" over "minor paint scratches" (see photos of scratches below), but agreed to repair the damage if I took my car to an auto body company of his choice 34 miles away that doesn't have many ratings or reviews online. The local reputable company that I chose assured me that the other company's repair would not last over time and I told Dan that I would like to choose where my car is repaired, as per Colorado law. Dan has now stopped responding and will not provide me the mailing address or insurance information for his company. Additionally, the windshield installation was poor quality. The weather sealing is pinched in and tucked in a few places. Also, Jiffy Auto Glass left scratches on the driver's side A pillar on the inside of my car as well.

Excellent. I used an internet purchase, and did all aspects of the sale prior to delivery. I indecated that I did not want to spend alot of time at the dealership or with the finance department (I completed the application in advance). I was out in less than 75 minutes. I was very pleased.

    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
Executive Auto shippers provided a quote at a reasonable price, clearly explained the initial down payment would be deducted from the total with the balance due to the truck driver in cashiers or money order. I asked if they could pick up my car the same week and they were able to pick it up 2 days later (perhaps due to it being winter). The truck driver was scheduled arrive in Colorado the same day I was arriving on the plane so I requested a pick up time after 3pm local and they were very willing to comply. The driver ended up arriving the next day. My only reason for rating the quality and professionalism a "B" was due to the truck driver picking up and dropping off the car in one of the driving lanes of a main busy road and nearly causing traffic accidents even though we found a large shopping area parking lot that could handle a semi truck car carrier. The car arrived undamaged however the pick up and drop off of the car were unsafe in my opinion.

Glass Doctor of Seattle & Tacoma
We were on vacation. It was good. They were quick and easy. It was our friend's car. We were borrowing it while we were home, so I don't know how it's holding up. It was good at the time when we saw it. We only saw it for a day before we returned the car, so it's hard to make a long term judgement on it.

    Boulder Valley Automotive Repair
Best automotive shop ever. They did not tell me to say that. Very knowledgeable, very professional, prompt, clear explanations of problems, good prices. I would recommend to anyone near Boulder to take your car to Boulder Valley Automotive.

    J D Auto Center
Walking into a white glove waiting room in a car repair shop smells trouble. The overly attentive staff further suggests stay away. Despite telling the mechanic what work is needed (he concurred) it took forever to price. Empty shop. No cars in the bays or on the lift. All, tell-tell signs that YOU are going to pay for the underemployed mechanics. I, run when i saw the estimated cost. Priced the same work for $225-250 at a local shop. 24 A ratings. Are you kidding

    Coyote Motors
It went well. As always! I've been taking my cars to Coyote Motors since 1994, and I've always found him to be honest, fair and probably the most intelligent car mechanic I've ever met and certainly the one with the most integrity and reliability. He specializes on Mazdas and Subarus, but I've seen Toyotas and Hondas in there too. Wolfgang is definitely trustworthy.

    Safelite AutoGlass - Boulder
Toyota dealer in Irvine, CA quoted $280 to fix popping side rubber from the windshield. After moving to Colorado, I took the vehicle to safelite. Technician told me that he needs to put glue to the rubber and he did it. I asked him the cost. He said it costs a handshake and shook my hands.

It just simply did not work. I put my money in the machine, and it took my money but did not produce any results. There was no way for me to get it to work, and there was no way to get my money back. I paid for nothing, and I would like a refund.

    Parker Auto Transport LLC
Everything went smoothly, and there were no problems. Leanne was very helpful at coordinating, being very responsive on the phone and offering multiple ways to pick the car up. Parker Auto Transport is both a broker and a transporter, and they decided to contract my car shipment out to another company (Umbrella Auto Transport), which was similarly professional and prompt with responses. The only issue was that Umbrella was about 5 hours late to pick the car up, but that't not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. The car arrived on time (they even held it a few extra days, because it beat us to our destination), undamaged, and with no problems.
