    Tubby Appliance
Paul was very professional and friendly, explaining the cause of our dryer problem, and repairing and replacing the necessary parts. He had to go pick up an additional part, but did not charge us for the extra time or mileage. We highly recommend Tubby Appliance.

    Best Service Co
What a disappointment. It took this company 4 visits and over a month to repair our dishwasher. On the initial visit, they couldn't diagnose the problem. On the second visit, they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts to correct the situation. On the third visit, they installed the water line with a twist and crimp in the metal hose connector. Fortunately we were home that evening when we ran the dishwasher and it started to flood the kitchen. They ordered parts to repair the issue and we waited another 2 weeks for them to return. When they returned, they didn't have the replacement parts we asked them to bring (in case there was any damage to the metal hose). On that fourth visit, the technician was able to finally get the dishwasher working. Needless to say, we wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Paul was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He gave us specific information regarding our 20-year-old oven that helped us determine it would be better to replace the oven then have him come out and repair the old one.

Bad luck for us! The day Paul arrived, the oven worked just fine. He checked all of the parts involved in the oven ignition and heating system, and all were working just fine. Can't fix what isn't broke. He observed that it was a rather old unit (likely older than 15 years) and that some factory replacement parts were likely unavailable but not to worry, some suitable universal parts are available if the problem recurred.

I went to Home and bought a new washer, they came to install it and take away the broken one. The Home Depot installers couldn't get the old water lines off the spicket and left. I called Paul and he came over, fixed the water line and installed the washer. Because it was within 6o day days of last visit it was no charge.

    Denver Appliance Repair and Service
They answered my phone call and sent someone out that day. We needed a part....after calling multiple times a day for 2 weeks with "yes, I will be there today" response......they still have not been back to complete the job and we found out today the person that was scheduled to do the job is now out of town and of course had to mail the part. Not having a working dishwasher is NOT an option for a large family.

    Colson Appliance Inc

Our GE microwave quit operating after having it for approximately four years. It was covered under a five-year extended warranty, so we called GE and they referred us to Don Colson at Colson Appliance, Inc. Mr. Colson contacted us and came to our home twice (once to determine the problem and order the repair parts and a second time to install the repair parts). However, one of the parts had been damaged in shipment to him, and he had to obtain another. He then came to our home the following Saturday morning to install the needed part. The repairs were fully covered by the warranty and we really did appreciate his very prompt attention to our problem.

In a few words- Punctual Criminal Operation!

I got an emailed receipt with no itemization. I started looking up the cost of parts we talked about online and found them listed For under $200 (4 igniters and a spark modulator). Feeling a bit violated and rightly like I had just done something stupid,  I started looking for reviews and found that the majority of the available reviews (50+) describe a very available repair estimator who quotes very high prices and then can't seem to fix anything. So, I read reviews of some other local appliance repair companies and called another to come out a few days later. He ordered one of the parts ("the igniters were not necessary") and fixed my Viking range for $350, saving me $500. Still working perfectly after 6 weeks! I called Action Appliance the day after they came out and cancelled the job only to be told that they charge a 20% part restocking fee(for unnecessary parts that they did not even have time to order). I spoke with a "manager"after 2 days of phone tag and he refused to cancel the order, was rude and very unprofessional. I gave him a few choice words and will let my credit card company handle these swindlers.

    Tubby Appliance
Josh checked all the features of the washer, verified that they are all operating as designed, and gave us some tips to get the best performance. (We have been disatisfied with the long cycle times and the need to rebalance frequently, but have confirmed that these issues come along with the HE design.) Josh was very thorough, explained what he planned to do and went over it all after finishing. Unfortunately he found that our disatisfaction is with the HE type design, and not due to any problem with the machine or the way we are using it. He explained that the operation of our washer is typical for HE washers. We were very satisfied with Josh's work andwill recommend Tubby and Josh to others.

I am ecstatic, to be without your washer is awful! I had called Sears in the not so distant past for repair of an oven, after that experience I just thought there has got to be someone else, and there is RYAN!

My washer stopped draining and spinning. I described all to him on the phone on Friday and he thought it sounded like my pump when he arrived on Monday, he said he was not able to get the pump for the Monday appointment. He tore into it anyway and took apart the pump, found a smashed coin or something that had blocked the function of the pump. He put everything back together and it has been running great ever since! He was a decent guy and I will definitely call him again!

    Thank you Ryan!
