DI was able to figure out I needed the combustion blower replaced prior to calling this company. I provided the company with the model of the furnace to ensure they had the part ahead of time. I was quoted a price of $355, but when the person came, he did not have the right part. That's hard to believe considering I gave them the information they needed to bring the right part. Since they had to drive back to Pueblo and then come back again, it added another hour to the labor charges. As a result, the final bill was $390.
Not only did they charge more then they quoted due to their own error, the man who serviced me didn't even put the panels back on the furnace, I had to do it myself. I would never used this company again, and I would not recommend them to friends.
