APremier BuildersWe bought a house and had a long list of projects, large and small, that we wanted to get done before we moved in. Mario and his team did an absolutely amazing job with all of it. On the small end they replaced a mailbox for us, on the larger end they repainted the interior of the house (doing a stellar job) and took an unfinished space in the basement and turned it into a stunning finished workshop. They updated the home office with new paint and new flooring, redid the master bathroom, and much much more! He and his team were always professional, hardworking, and accommodating. They got things done on schedule and on budget and were always a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done, and the price was very fair. He has such a wide range of knowledge to everything from floor plan renovations with structural concerns to expertise in landscaping. His crew is polite and professional, and they always leave the job site so clean at the end of every day. Ben is diligent about completing a job on time - even if it means late nights or weekends. For all that, I think what impresses me most about him is his genuine care in the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his clients. This is such a rare and extraordinary quality. ADavid was very prompt and thorough on his assessment of our water damage situation. He was very informative of what damage probably happened and how it would need to be addressed. He answered all of my questions completely and was very responsive to questions I emailed later. I was positively impressed by his manner and approach to our problem. We did not select his firm to do the work because my insurance company asked that we use contractors which which they already had contracts in place. So, even though we did not go with his company, I want readers to know how he treated us during the estimation process.

We are a small, local repair and remodeling company. We provide high detail service and pride ourselves on making every customer happy one homeowner at a time. If needed, we will ocassionally hire subcontractors to get the job done on schedule. If the job site distance exceeds 10 miles from the office there will be a $30 trip charge, which is due upon arrival. If hired for the project, the trip charge will be discounted on the invoice.

AFrank was prompt, efficient, and nice to talk with. He was able to schedule the appointment with me for the morning after I called him. He completed all projects very well and is clearly a skilled handyman. The bed frame in particular was a lot of work, and he did an excellent job. I was glad I contacted him, and I highly recommend him.
