Overall, workmanship was very good. Everyone was friendly and polite. Responses and attentiveness were excellent before and during the work. Scheduling was quick and arrived when they were supposed to. Communication during the work was really good as they sent periodic texts throughout the job with descriptions and pictures of the work. Everything was cleaned up nicely and final work looks good. However, after the initial work was completed, things went down hill. Had a follow up call to them for something that needed additional tweaking. Was told I'd be contacted by a tech. A week went by and nothing. I contacted them again and was told there was a miscommunication and they thought I had already been called and taken care of. Said a tech would call me again soon. Waited another week and nothing. I contacted them back again. Was told the tech who was to call me was on vacation. Would have been nice to know that up front. Finally was called about a half week after that followup and issue was taken care of. Also set this up as a 12 months same as cash financing deal. Was not really given any information as when to expect payments to start. Received an invoice in the mail about 30 days after service stating the invoice amount as the entire amount. I submitted a payment based on the invoice. About 30 days after that, someone from the company shows up at my house unexpectedly saying they need to put sealer on my chimney brick. Had no idea this still needed done. Handed me another invoice for the amount of the sealer. Contacted the rep at the company again and was informed that financing hadn't been submitted yet because they were waiting for this sealing job to get done which was almost 2 months after initial service. Now trying to sort out the payment I made on the invoice because no one gave me any information about how the financing would work or when to expect to hear about it. So overall, if you don't do financing and don't need any followup work, things will be good. But communication and followups after the initial work are lacking and need some attention.

New to Denver, I got hit w/the hail damage of 2018. My first insurance claim (new roof, windows, pain), I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with the team at Endeavor Exteriors! From the first encounter the team was amazing, patient and walked me through the entire process. I have high standards for great customer service and the team continued to exceed my expectations... all promises and timelines met. Contractors were friendly and treated me with respect and that doesnt always happen for for single women. I had some challenges with my insurance and they even gave me tips that helped! I hope I never have to go through hail damage again but if I do I know who I will call!!!

Innovative Painting is an excellent and professional company that was very prompt and up front every step of the way. We received a free estimate which was explained very professionally and succently. We booked the job within a couple of days of receiving the estimate. Our painting was completed within a week. The crew was dressed well and professional. They were punctual and completed the job in two days. My experience was fantastic and I absolutely will call them again when i need painting work done.

What began as a nightmare came with very happy ending. We needed siding and got bids from several companies. We decided to go with High West after spending time with one of their previous clients. The siding on her house looked good and she was quite complimentary of service she had received from the company. High West hired a subcontractor to do our job, and they assured us he was one of their best. For over a month, the man leisurely worked solo on the project. Examining the job in progress, we had reservations about the quality of workmanship we were receiving, but we were assured that it would all look great when it was done. When he left, there were patches tacked over cracked trim, panels misaligned and numerous gaps smeared with putty. Thats not how I remembered the reference house looking, so we wanted to take another look. We called J.R., one of the company owners who sold us the project and asked for her phone number. He wondered what was wrong. We told him, and when he returned from New York a few days later, he came out for a look. He was not happy and promised to make it right. Instead of sending someone out to patch things up, J.R. personally came out. Sweating in the height of summer heat, he and a pair of assistants completely tore off all the old siding and redid the entire job. The house, now totally redone, looks great. Although it took several long months to do, undo and get redone, were happy with the final siding job. I love that we didnt have to scream, yell or threaten High West to get them to make things right. They said the subcontractors work was not up to their standards, and instead of simply trying to patch things up, they redid the entire job. Its rare to find a company with that level of quality commitment. And by the way, that original subcontractor no longer does work for them.

I didn't find this company through Angie's List, but I'm writing this review to hopefully warn others. The beginning of the process was great. The person who handled the quotes came out to my house and gave a very professional quote. She spent time looking at the entire house and wrote down details for the the next step. We took advantage of the discount if we signed that day. We were called and set up on the schedule. The painters came out and started the project without any issues. Everything was going great and if this was the end, I would give them a perfect score. Warning to ALL: - Do NOT let the painters leave without thoroughly going over every inch of the work. I caught a few things and they did some touch up on the spot. A few days later, my husband caught some other things. We were prepping our house to put it up for sale, so time was important and we wanted to make sure that it was ready. My husband caught 3 things - the trim hadn't been painted on a 2nd floor window, the radon mitigation system hadn't been painted at the base per our HOA requirements and our specific instructions, and an area near another 2nd floor area on the main part of the house had been sprayed to lightly, that the new paint was peeling off. I contacted them multiple times, sent emails, and even reached Heather who said she would call me back, but never did. Since we were on a schedule to get the house up for sale, I ended up having to go out on the roof and paint the 2nd floor areas myself and paint the rest of the radon system that was missed. IMO, your money will be better spent with a different company.

Gabe replied to my email within an hour to discuss the work and arrange a visit. He arrived with his colleague early the following day and completed the work by the next afternoon. Everyone I dealt with were polite and friendly, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure the yard was safe for my dog to go out at the end of each day. If/when I have another fence emergency I will go straight to Gabe and Mountain High Fencing, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Exterior Painting job was completed in fashionable time. They got the right colors ordered and applied to the house. They were quick since the weather was turning cold for the week. Discovered a few areas where touch up needed to be done., they sent over a worker to complete the touch up within a few days of the completed job. Very please with the work.

In summary: stated he was a licensed contractor, but he wasnt licensed in Aurora, screwed up my electrical to the point it was a fire hazard (see pictures and notes from licensed electrician), took my money and never delivered materials. Details: On November 3, signed contract and gave Harlan Woods, aka H Malone Woods, $618 for materials to replace siding on front of garage with the remaining amount due upon completion. He stated he would complete the small job on November 4 and that it didnt require a permit. (The city later told me it did.) On November 4 told me hed be by on November 6. Never showed. Left message hed come on Nov 8. On Nov 8, his wife said hed be by on Nov 10 at 8AM. He showed up that afternoon, ripped off the old siding and told me he had to wire the light because it hadnt been wired before. (It was, per the electrician I hired later.) Set off the breakers in the whole house 5 times. I tried to get him to leave it alone, but he wouldntsaid he didnt like to leave a job unfinished. Never got the light to worksaid it was solar and it would come on after dark. (It wasnt and it didnt). Wanted another $89 on the spot for adhesive. When I told him no, he started yelling at me that he was going to charge me another $300 for electrical work (that he did out of the goodness of his heart )and drove off. Called me 10 minutes later to yell again that he wanted $300 for the electrical work (I didnt agree). Didnt hear from him at all for several days, so I sent him an email asking whether he was going to finish, and if he was, to get a permit for the work. That night he showed up at my house with his wife and child so he and she could both yell at me that he wasnt getting a permit and he wasnt going to give me the information to get the permit, but if I wanted one I had better get it per his contract. This was followed by several angry email messages throughout the night. (I have copies). Finally he sent one stating I could cancel the contract but he was keeping my money. It cost me $311 to have a licensed electrician fix what he did, plus the $618 I paid Harlan for siding materials which were never delivered, much less installed. Two other licensed contractors and Home Depot later told me that the materials for the job would have cost around $200, had they actually been purchased, and that no adhesive was required for the job. Two licensed electricians attested to the hazardous electrical wiring performed by Harlan.
