Been there, done that. Having a new roof and gutters replaced on a large and steep two-story house can be an absolute nightmare. However, Monumental Construction was a pleasure to work with: superior product, solid project management, and quick responses to any and all questions we had during the installation process. Their construction team provided professional and quality service every step of the way... without nickel and diming us. Likewise, they worked hand-in-hand with our insurance company, insurance appraiser, city/county inspectors, and the warranty company to ensure we had to do nothing more than watch the roof and gutters go up on time while proudly accepting the many compliments we received from our neighbors (even a few drive-bys) regarding the final product.

  This company replaced my roof five years ago before I had solar panels. They just replaced it again this year after hail damaged the first roof. David is a delight to work with. He coordinated with both insurance and solar companies. He looked into a newly available more hail resistant shingle. I can't recommend this company and their staff highly enough. They are pleasant to work with, the job will be done well and their price is competitive.

I have high standards for great customer service and the team continued to exceed my expectations... all promises and timelines met. Contractors were friendly and treated me with respect and that doesn���t always happen for for single women. I had some challenges with my insurance and they even gave me tips that helped!
